摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a multi-channel cognitive resource platform configured for intelligent, proactive and responsive communication with a user, via a user device. The system is further configured to perform one or more user activities, in an integrated manner, within a single interface of the user device, without requiring the user to operate disparate applications. Furthermore, the system is configured to receive user input through multiple communication channels such as a textual communication channel and an audio communication channel. The system is further configured to switch between the various communication channels seamlessly, and in real-time.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for resource optimization allocation via an interactive resource interface. In this way, the invention provides a comprehensive integrated platform for identification, continual monitoring and optimal allocation of resources on a mobile device. The invention enables identification of existing resources. In one aspect, the system identifies inflow resource transfers associated with a first resource. The system then determines if the inflow resource transfers are required for processing of critical tasks. Consequently, the system initiates a resource transfer, comprising at least a portion of the inflow resource transfer, from the first resource to a second user resource. Typically, the second resource is configured to promote resource accumulation. In another aspect of the invention, the system identifies a third user resource that is configured to foster resource growth, that is then linked with the second resource.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide a specialist presentation tool that presents a specialist from an institution to a user. The specialist may be presented to the user based on triggers that occur when the user takes actions, or when actions are taken with respect to a user account. The determination of the one or more specialists to present to a user from a group of specialists that satisfy a trigger may be based on one or more conditions that match the specialists with the user. At least one condition used to match the specialist with the user is the social networking contacts of the user that have a relationship with the specialists. Additional conditions may include, but are not limited to, locations of the user and specialists, social networking profile information of the user and specialists, or other like account profile information for the user and specialists.
