    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a random access response (RAR) transmission method and device for ensuring independent transmission of RARs having different coverage enhancement levels, reducing a blind test of a physical downlink control channel performed by a terminal, and saving power consumption of the terminal. The present application provides an RAR transmission method, comprising: determining, by a network side and at least according to coverage enhancement levels corresponding to physical downlink control channels, frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels, wherein the frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels having different coverage enhancement levels are independently configured; and transmitting, by the network side, the physical downlink control channels on the frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and a data transmission device for a TDD system are provided, so as to reduce the frequency hopping operations, reduce the retuning time, prolong a valid duration for the data transmission and reduce the time period for the data transmission, and reduce the power consumption. The data transmission method includes steps of: at a predetermined retuning start time point, adjusting, by a UE, a carrier frequency for data reception and transmission within a predetermined retuning duration so as to acquire the adjusted carrier frequency; and performing, by the UE, uplink data transmission and downlink data reception at the adjusted carrier frequency with a network device within a consecutive duration in accordance with a TDD uplink-downlink configuration. The consecutive duration is a duration from a current retuning end time point to a next retuning start time point.

The method comprises: a terminal acquires a channel quality; the terminal determines, on the basis of a mapping relation between channel qualities and PRACH resources, a PRACH resource corresponding to the channel quality acquired; and, the terminal performs a PRACH transmission on the PRACH resource determined.     Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink data retransmission method and terminal. The method comprises: a terminal determining whether to spontaneously retransmit first uplink data; and if the terminal determines to spontaneously retransmit the first uplink data, the terminal retransmitting the first uplink data on a physical resource that is pre-configured on a network side. The application adopts the above technical solution to resolve the technical problem in which, for a URLLC service, if a retransmission mechanism is based on a conventional HARQ mechanism, a certain time interval is required between two adjacent transmissions of uplink data, which may result in retransmission being unsupported for a certain time delay requirement and configuration, and as a result a reliability requirement for the URLLC service cannot be met.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of communications, and disclosed are a method and device for determining an information domain value in a DCI. The method and device are used for reducing HARQ feedback overheads, and the method comprises during HARQ feedback, determining a value set indicated by a timing relationship in a fallback DCI (equivalent to a format 1_0 of a DCI) according to a value set indicated by a timing relationship in a non-fallback DCI (equivalent to a format 1-1 of a DCI), to overcome the problem of increasing a codebook caused by different value ranges indicated by the timing relationships in the fallback DCI and in the non-fallback DCI, so that the HARQ feedback overheads are effectively reduced, thus the system running load is reduced, and the system performance is effectively ensured.
