Abstract: Disclosed herein is an aging resistance coating film for a hub, sequentially comprising an aluminum alloy matrix, a silane conversion film, a high-gloss organic resin coating, a periodic variable alloy black chromium coating film and a transparent resin coating. In the coating film, the thickness of the black chromium coating film is increased and the blackness thereof is adjusted according to different content of C. The residual stress of the deposited metal layer is reduced, the problem of cracking during heating and rapid cooling of the coating film is solved, and the binding force between the coating film and the underlying high-gloss resin material is improved. Also disclosed herein is a method for forming an aging resistance coating film for a hub, comprising: (1) silane pretreatment, (2) spraying of high-gloss medium powder, (3) PVD coating, and (4) spraying of transparent powder.

Abstract: The present application provides a color register edging method for an aluminum alloy hub. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (I) a first pretreatment and drying step, including washing, degreasing, acid pickling and passivation; (II) a body powder and paint spraying and respective curing step; (III) a second pretreatment and drying step, including washing, degreasing, acid pickling and passivation; (IV) an edging color register spraying and curing step, wherein a color register paint is squeezed onto a surface that needs color register by using an injection needle; (V) a third pretreatment and drying step, including washing, degreasing, acid pickling and passivation; and (VI) a high-gloss transparent powder spraying and curing step. The method breaks the conventional shielded protective color register process, the designed grooves can be in a full circle or partial, meanwhile, the size of the grooves can also be changed in the width.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an on-line wheel cleaning device, having a frame, a cylinder, a motor, a brush chassis, radial brushes, a spline shaft and a spline housing, wherein a sensor enables a wheel to be primarily positioned; a clamping cylinder enables two left clamping rollers and right clamping rollers to clamp the wheel by way of gears, left racks, right racks and a guide rail; a jacking cylinder is used for jacking the brush chassis and the radial brushes through the spline shaft and enabling the brush chassis and the radial brushes to touch a flange plate and a center hole of the wheel, respectively; the motor drives a belt pulley I, the spline housing and the spline shaft to rotate through a synchronous belt and a belt pulley I; an adjusting cylinder jacks up an apex to drive the four radial brushes to move outwards respectively.
