Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The end cover assembly includes: an electrode terminal; a first fastener, where the first fastener encloses an accommodating space with openings at two ends in a first direction, at least a portion of the electrode terminal is accommodated in the accommodating space, and a surface of the first fastener facing the accommodating space is provided with a first insulating layer; a second fastener, where the second fastener connects at least a portion of a surface of the electrode terminal facing the first fastener and the first fastener; and an end cover plate, where a first end of the first fastener in the first direction is fixedly connected to the end cover plate to fix the electrode terminal to the end cover plate.
