    Abstract: The present application provides a battery top cover, a top cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and a power consuming device. The battery top cover includes: a cover body and at least one mounting hole formed on the cover body. The mounting hole is configured to receive a hot melt of an insulating member, the mounting hole has a bottom wall and a side wall connected to the bottom wall, an end of the side wall away from the bottom wall has an opening, and the bottom wall is provided with a first protrusion protruding toward the opening. The first protrusion is configured to contact with the hot melt in the insulating member, so that energy may be concentrated to the first protrusion during an ultrasonic hot melting process, enabling the hot melt to be melted quickly and filled into the mounting hole.

    Abstract: Described is a pressure relief mechanism, a battery cell, a battery, an electric apparatus, and a manufacturing method thereof. A pressure relief mechanism is provided on a housing plate of a battery cell and includes: a connecting portion, where the connecting portion is located at an outer peripheral region of the pressure relief mechanism and is configured to connect the housing plate; a first part, where an end of the first part is connected to the connecting portion, and another end protrudes obliquely toward an interior of the battery cell; a weak portion, where the weak portion is provided at the protruding end of the first part; and a second part, where an outer edge region of the second part is connected to the weak portion, and the outer edge region extends obliquely away from the interior of the battery cell.

    Abstract: An end cover assembly, a battery cell and an electrolyte injection method therefor, a battery, and a power consumption device are provided. The end cover assembly may include an end cover provided with a through hole for injecting an electrolyte and an accommodating portion; a seal configured to seal the through hole; and a cover body covering at least part of the seal, the cover body including a limiting portion, the limiting portion being located within the accommodating portion to restrict the cover body from separating from the end cover, and the cover body being movable together with the seal by movement of the limiting portion relative to the accommodating portion, wherein when the cover body moves to a first position, the seal covers the through hole, and when the cover body moves to a second position, the seal avoids the through hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly includes a cap plate, an electrode terminal, a fixing member and a connection member. The cap plate includes an electrode lead-out hole, the electrode terminal includes a terminal board, the terminal board is located at a side of the cap plate and covers the electrode lead-out hole, the fixing member at least partially surrounds the terminal board to fix the terminal board to the fixing member, the connection member is separated from the electrode terminal by the fixing member, and the connection member is connected with the cap plate. The connection member includes a main body, the main body is provided with a first groove opened downwardly along a top of the main body, and a part of the fixing member is located in the first groove.

    Abstract: This application provides embodiments including a connection member and a rechargeable battery. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate, where the first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. In the embodiments, a bending position is more accurate when the first connecting plate is bent relative to the guide plate. This is conducive to an accurate size of the connection member being bent, and is also helpful for the rechargeable battery to successfully assemble a battery core, the connection member, and a housing.
