The battery cell includes: a housing, where an opening is created at each of two ends of the housing in a first direction; an end cap, configured to cover the opening at either end of the housing; a first electrode assembly and a second electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing, where the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly are arranged along the first direction and insulated from each other; and an insulation structure, at least partially disposed between the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly, and configured to electrically isolate the first electrode assembly from the second electrode assembly.

The end cap assembly includes an end cap, an electrode terminal and a connector. The end cap is provided with an electrode lead-out hole which penetrates the end cap in a thickness direction of the end cap. The electrode terminal is provided opposite to the electrode lead-out hole, and a projection of the electrode terminal in the thickness direction does not overlap with a projection of the end cap in the thickness direction, thus a radial size of the electrode terminal is smaller, which reduces the space occupied by the electrode terminal, saves material and has better economy.
