摘要: A rear projection apparatus includes an optical engine, a screen, a projection lens disposed between the screen and the optical engine and a condensing element disposed on the screen and between the screen and the projection lens. The center of condensing element is substantially offset from the center of the screen. The optical engine includes a light source suitable for providing a light beam and a display device suitable for transforming the light beam into an image light beam. The projection lens is disposed on the transmission path of the image light beam and the position of the projection lens is offset from the center of the display device. The optical axis of the projection lens on the screen is offset from the optical axis of the condensing element. The display device has a common plane with a normal vector not parallel to the optical axis of the projection lens.

In the CIE1931 color space coordinate, the minimum distance from the points representing the yellow, magenta and cyan light to the edge of the triangle is not exceeding in 0.03.

摘要: An optical projection and image sensing apparatus including a light source, a light valve, a first lens set, a sensing module, and a beam splitter is provided. The light valve is used to convert an illumination light from the light source to an image light beam. The first lens set is used to project the image light to display an image on a screen, and the sensing module is used to sense a sensing light from the image on the screen. The beam splitter is disposed on the optical paths of the image light and the sensing light from the image on the screen. One of the sensing module and the light valve is disposed on the optical path of the sensing light passing through the beam splitter, and the other is disposed on optical path of the sensing light reflected by the beam splitter.

摘要: An optical projection apparatus is provided, where a reflective light valve, a light deflecting device and a lens set are arranged on an optical path of the light beam providing by an illuminating system. The light deflecting device is located between the illuminating system and the reflective light valve, and the lens set is located between the reflective light valve and the light deflecting device. When the light beam is incident to the reflective light valve through the light deflecting device and the lens set, the light beam is converted into sub-image beams, and then the sub-image beams are reflected to the lens set. The projection lens set arranged on an optical path of the sub-image beams has a pupil located on the light deflecting device. The lens set converges the sub-image beams on the pupil and then the sub-image beams are incident to the projection lens set for imaging.

摘要: A DLP apparatus including an illumination system, a projection lens and a DMD is provided. The illumination system is adapted for providing an elliptic light beam, and the DMD is disposed between the illumination system and the projection lens. The DMD has a plurality of micro-mirrors, each of the micro-mirrors being adapted for swinging within an angle of for allowing the elliptic light beam moving along with an extending direction of a short axis of the elliptic light beam. When the elliptic light beam is transmitted to the projection lens, a length of a long axis of the elliptic light beam is larger than a value M and a length of the short axis of the elliptic light beam is smaller than the value M. The value M is a diameter of an aperture corresponding to f-number of the aperture being ½ sin θ.

摘要: A total internal reflection (TIR) prism comprising a first prism, a second prism and an optical path compensation prism is provided. The first prism has a first light incident surface, a first light emitting surface and a total reflective surface. The second prism has a second light incident surface and a second light emitting surface. The total reflective surface of the first prism is connected to the second light incident surface of the second prism and an air gap is formed between the total reflective surface and the second light incident surface. The optical path compensation prism is disposed on the first light incident surface of the first prism or the second light emitting surface of the second prism. Besides, another TIR prism comprising a first prism and a second prism is also proposed. The first prism has a refractive index different from that of the second prism.
