Abstract: A system information configuration method and device are provided, related to the field of communications. The method includes: determining, based on a target parameter which is predetermined, a frequency offset configuration parameter of a Remaining Minimum System Information (RMSI) Control Resource Set (CORESET) with respect to a System Synchronization Block (SSB), where the target parameter includes one or more of a channel bandwidth parameter, a Subcarrier Spacing (SCS) parameter of RMSI, an SCS parameter of SSB, a System Synchronization (SS) Raster parameter, and a RMSI CORESET bandwidth parameter; and performing a frequency offset configuration of the RMSI CORESET with respect to the SSB according to the frequency offset configuration parameter.

Abstract: A method and device for sending and receiving a preamble sequence of a physical random access channel, comprising: scrambling a preamble subsequence and then sending, the preamble subsequence being scrambled according to a cyclic shift value of a preamble subsequence sent in the previous stage; performing a descrambling operation according to a cyclic shift value of a preamble subsequence received in the previous stage during reception; and determining a preamble sub-sequence detected after descrambling as a preamble sub-sequence received in the current stage, where the received preamble sub-sequence in the current stage and the received preamble sub-sequence in the previous stage belong to the same preamble sequence.

Abstract: An uplink power allocation method, an uplink power allocation device and an uplink power allocation system are provided. Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular to a method and device for detecting data transmission and received signals, which are used for solving the problem in the prior art that it is disadvantageous for signal detection due to the fact that when a receiving end is detected in the scenario that each column of an encoding matrix of PDMA corresponds to one layer of data stream, multiple layers of data modulation symbols are superposed. The embodiments of the present application adjust various layers of data modulation symbols modulated by an initial modulation constellation diagram according to a modulation constellation rotating factor corresponding to various layers of data modulation symbols, so that the modulation constellation diagrams corresponding to various layers of data modulation symbols are not superposed, thereby preventing the problem of being disadvantageous for signal detection of a receiving end due to the fact that multiple layers of data modulation symbols are superposed in the scenario that each column of the encoding matrix of PDMA corresponds to one layer of data stream; and further improving the system performance.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem in the prior art of conflict between a time domain resource used by a terminal for random access and a time domain resource occupied for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI. In embodiments of the present application, a terminal determines a PRACH time domain resource configured by a base station for the terminal; when determining that at least one time slot comprises a first type of OFDM symbols used for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the at least one time slot. In the embodiments of the present application, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the time slot, so that conflict between the time domain resource used for random access and the time domain resource occupied for transmission of the SS Block and/or RMSI is avoided, and the system performance is further improved.
