摘要： An intake pipe for an internal combustion engine, comprising an outer housing of the intake pipe, wherein a feed line for charge air opens into an inlet section of the housing, a heat exchanger that is integrated in the intake pipe and cooled by a coolant and that comprises a plurality of exchanger tubes, in particular flat tubes, and an engine flange for connecting the intake tube to a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, wherein charge air flows through the exchanger tubes and at least a section of the outer housing is designed as a water jacket surrounding the exchanger tubes.

摘要： A heat exchanger has a plurality of intermediate plates arranged one atop the other to form a stack having first and second ends. At least one first fluid channel through conducts a first fluid and at least one second fluid channel through conducts a second fluid. The intermediate plates are geometrically configured to define at least a portion of each of the first and second fluid channels. An end plate is arranged on one of the ends of the stack and a first inlet opening communicates with the first fluid channel for introducing the first fluid and a first outlet opening communicates with the first fluid channel for conducting the first fluid out of the heat exchanger. A second inlet opening communicates with the second fluid channel for introducing the second fluid and a second outlet opening communicates with the second fluid channel for conducting the second fluid away from the heat exchanger. The end plate has at least one expansion zone for reducing the stiffness thereof.

摘要： The invention relates to an intake pipe for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, comprising a housing that defines a charge-air channel and an intercooler having a cooler block, which is arranged in the housing in such a way that the charge air can flow through the cooler block. The cooler block of the intercooler terminates on a side facing the housing with an outer component, preferably a cooling fin, and at least one recess is formed in said outer component of the cooler block, the at least one recess extending at least across part of the length of the cooler block substantially perpendicularly to the charge-air flow direction. Furthermore, at least one projection is provided on an inside face of the housing facing the cooler block of the intercooler, said projection extending at least across part of the inner face of the housing substantially perpendicularly to the charge-air flow direction and engaging at least partially in the at least one recess of the cooler block in a sealing manner.
