摘要: A heat dissipation device includes at least a temperature plate and a cooling fin assembly. The temperature plate includes a plate body and a supporter. The plate body includes a vacuum chamber and a first external surface. The plate body is bent to form at least a bent portion with the first external surface being a compressive side, and the supporter is disposed at the bent portion. The supporter is disposed inside the vacuum chamber and connected to an inner wall of the vacuum chamber. The cooling fin assembly is disposed on the first external surface.

摘要: A heat exchanger body includes at least a first channel wall portion, a second channel wall portion, and a third channel wall portion. A first channel for a first fluid, and a second channel for a second fluid are provided such that heat is allowed to be transferred between the first channel and the second channel via the second channel wall portion. A plurality of first support structures are arranged in the first channel and extend from the first channel wall portion to the second channel wall portion. A plurality of second support structures are arranged in the second channel and extending from the second channel wall portion to the third channel wall portion. The support structures are configured to support the second and third channel wall portions during manufacturing of the heat exchanger.

摘要: A communication-type thermal conduction device includes a vapor chamber, at least one heat pipe, and at least one third capillary structure. The vapor chamber has a bottom board, and a first capillary structure is disposed on an inner surface of the bottom board. A second capillary structure is disposed in the heat pipe. One end portion of the heat pipe is connected to the bottom board, and the end portion has an open portion in communication with the heat pipe and the vapor chamber. The second capillary structure has a connected portion exposed by means of the open portion. The third capillary structure is connected to the first capillary structure and the connected portion, so that the first and second capillary structures are in communication with each other. Accordingly, holistic thermal conduction can be achieved, and the vapor chamber incorporating the heat pipe can provide the desired heat dissipation effect.

摘要: A vapor chamber includes an upper casing, a lower casing, a support member, a wick material and a working fluid. The support member is formed of a plurality of ribs connected with each other, and a plurality of surrounded spaces are formed and regularly arranged between the ribs. Each rib has an upper abutting end and a lower abutting end. By the interconnection of the upper abutting ends and the lower abutting ends of the ribs, the ribs are inclined and each has a relatively higher end and a relatively lower end, so that a plurality of subspaces are respectively formed under the body of each rib close to the upper abutting end and above the body of each rib close to the lower abutting end, and the subspaces are in communication with the surrounded spaces between the ribs.

摘要: Disclosed is: A casing of a heat recovery steam generator has a sidewall, and heat exchanger coil located therein capable of exchanging heat from hot exhaust gas flow into the casing, with a gap between the end of the coil and a sidewall. A baffle system for closing the gap after the coil is installed in the casing comprises a mount attached to the coil near the gap, and a baffle plate associated with the mount and movably supported thereby. The configuration of the mount and baffle plate are such to allow the baffle plate to be capable of moving from a retracted position withdrawn from the sidewall, to an extended position closing the gap. A retainer can hold the plate in the retracted position. The retainer can release, for example, by being temperature sensitive. The mount can have a support that engages the coil.

The heat exchanger module comprises a heat exchanger fixedly attached to an adapter module. The adapter module contains one of more fluid transfer channels, interface connectors, seals and mounting holes for screws and/or bolts. In one exemplary embodiment, the adapter module is comprised of an adapter plate that is sealed with one or more shim plates, the shim plates also providing a brazing surface for brazing the adapter module directly to the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger therefore being attached to the adapter module without the use of a base plate.

摘要: An elongate heat exchanger for cooling hot gas includes an arrangement for reducing thermal stresses when mounted in a housing. A pair of planar extensions project from opposite sides of the core. A mounting bracket has a central portion adapted to extend across the top of the core, and a pair of edge portions projecting outwardly from the central portion. The edge portions are substantially parallel to the planar extensions, and each has a top layer at least partially covering one of the planar extensions, wherein each of the edge portions is adapted to be secured to the housing, for example by a bolt. Each planar extension may be slidably received in a slot between the top and bottom layers of the edge portion, or may be slidably received between the top layer and the housing, to permit longitudinal thermal expansion of the core.

The exchanger (1) includes a bypass channel (11) incorporated into the casing (3) capable of connecting the spaces (8) defined between the rows of tubes (2) located in front of the channel (11) with one of the coolant pipes (10), in such a way as to improve the distribution of the coolant.
