摘要： A bus stop includes a storage unit, a communicating unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The communicating unit communicates with a server which is in communication with a plurality of buses, a plurality of stops which the buses will pass, and current locations of the buses. The display unit displays at least one route consisting of a plurality of bus stops including the bus stop. The control unit generates a request signal carrying the location of the bus stop to the server. The server determines current locations of the buses on a route which includes the bus stop, compares the real-time locations with the location of the bus stop to select a nearest bus travelling towards the bus stop. The display unit display a mark marking the bus stop. A related system is also provided.

The method includes steps of: receiving an ad transmitted by the server; identifying whether the received ad is messages with a predetermined format; invoking a decoding program from a storage unit for decoding the received ad if the received ad is messages with the predetermined format; identifying the special identifiers to retrieve each part of the ad; displaying a basic content part and a reply content part of the ad after the ad has decoded; identifying the reply code the user inputs in code input area via the input unit; receiving a user's reply, generating a reply message includes a reply code corresponding to the user's reply, and sending the reply message.

摘要： A digital photo frame (DPF) includes a power source, a display panel, a light detector, a motion detector, a processing unit, and a power management unit. The light detector is configured to detect the ambient brightness. The motion detection unit is configured to detect whether anyone is around. The processing unit is connected to the light detector and the motion detector. If the motion detector detects someone is around the DPF and the light detector detects the ambient brightness is below a predetermined value, the processing unit controls the power management unit to provide power to the display panel.

摘要： An electronic device and method for controlling a cursor is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a timer, and a processing unit. The display includes a screen and a frame thereof. The frame further has a touch sensitive region for generating sensing signals in response to an input operation. Each sensing signal is assigned a coordinate for identification. The timer records a time duration of continuously receiving the sensing signals. The processing unit determines a direction of the input operation according to the coordinates assigned to the sensing signals and a speed of the input operation according to the duration of the timer, and thus moves a cursor displayed on the screen corresponding to the direction and speed. A related method is also provided.
