Abstract: A reference device determination method and a device, and network-side equipment are provided. The reference device determination method includes: obtaining positioning reference parameters of candidate reference devices; determining a target reference device from the candidate reference devices according to the positioning reference parameters; where the positioning reference parameters are obtained through at least one of the following: receiving the positioning reference parameters sent by the candidate reference devices; instructing a first network-side device to send first indication information to the candidate reference devices, where the first indication information instructs the candidate reference devices to send the positioning reference parameters to the LMF; and sending second indication information to the candidate reference devices through a preset signaling message, where the second indication information instructs the candidate reference devices to send the positioning reference parameters to the LMF.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a positioning method and apparatus, and a readable storage medium, relating to the technical field of communications. The method includes: obtaining a first timing error group configuration parameter; receiving the first reference signal to obtain first positioning measurement value, and determining first receiving timing errors of the first positioning measurement value; dividing the first receive timing errors into groups according to the first timing error group configuration parameter to obtain at least one first receive timing error group for positioning a UE. The first reference signal includes one of a positioning reference signal and a sounding reference signal; and the first positioning measurement value is used to represent a distance between a transmitting end and the receiving end of the first reference signal. The embodiments of the present disclosure enhance flexibility of positioning services and pertinence of specific scenarios, effectively reduces receiving-transmitting timing errors, thereby improving positioning accuracy.

Abstract: A method for signal measuring, a terminal and a network-side device are provided. The method is applied to a terminal, and the method includes: receiving a measurement-configuration information sent by a network-side device, wherein the measurement-configuration information contains at least a reported group quantity of a measured value of a target measurement parameter, and the target measurement parameter refers to a parameter of a target measurement signal; according to the measurement-configuration information, measuring the target measurement parameter; and sending the measured value of the target measurement parameter to the network-side device. The embodiments of the method solve the problem that, in the conventional 5G NR system, the configuration information for reference signals has not been complete.
