    Abstract: A voltage sensing device includes: a multiplexer configured to choose either two corresponding voltages at two voltage sensing target nodes or two corresponding voltages at the terminals of a shunt resistor, and output either the two corresponding voltages at the two voltage sensing target nodes or the two corresponding voltages at the terminals of the shunt resistor, which are chosen by the multiplexer, as a first output voltage and a second output voltage; a differential switched capacitor amplifier circuit including a sampling capacitor and a feedback capacitor and configured to sample the first output voltage and the second output voltage through the sampling capacitor, and output sensing voltages corresponding to the first output voltage and the second output voltage by transferring a charge stored in the sampling capacitor through the feedback capacitor; and an operation control unit configured to control the multiplexer and the differential switched capacitor amplifier circuit.

    Abstract: A voltage sensing circuit includes a difference voltage sensing circuit and a leakage cancelling circuit. The difference voltage sensing circuit includes two sensing capacitors, a first sensing switch, a second sensing switch, and a third sensing switch. A first group including the first sensing switch and the second sensing switch and a second group including the third sensing switch are complementally turned on and turned off. The leakage cancelling circuit includes two compensation capacitors, a first compensation switch, a second compensation switch, and a third compensation switch. A third group including the first compensation switch and the second compensation switch and a fourth group including the third compensation switch are complementally turned on and turned off.

    Abstract: A logic signal transmission circuit includes a driving circuit, an isolation section, and a latch section. The driving circuit converts an input digital signal to a differential digital signal. The isolation section blocks direct current and passes the differential digital signal. The latch section has even numbers of inverters which are connected in a loop and output a logic signal by turning ON and OFF a power supply voltage in a complementary manner. An input impedance of the latch section is set so that when a logic level of the differential digital signal changes, a transient voltage inputted through the isolation section to the latch section changes across a threshold voltage of the latch section. When the transient voltage changes across the threshold voltage, a logic level of the logic signal changes.
