摘要: The present invention relates to a current sensing device comprising: a bus bar including a plurality of low-resistance metal portions separated from each other with a resistance portion therebetween; a printed circuit board arranged below the bus bar; a plurality of fixing pins which are joined to the metal portions of the bus bar to fix the bus bar on the printed circuit board and provide a current path between the metal portions and the printed circuit board; and at least one Hall sensor module. At least a portion of the Hall sensor module is inserted into a sensor hole formed in at least one of the low-resistance metal portions of the bus bar.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for reporting capacitance of a capacitor of a power backup circuit comprising a plurality of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs). The system may also include a bleeder resistor and a voltage detection circuit. When capacitance monitoring is active, a first MOSFET may be turned off, causing the capacitor to be discharged via the bleeder resistor. After predetermined time intervals, a first drain voltage and a second drain voltage of the first MOSFET may be determined using the voltage detection circuit. The drain voltage readings at the different times may be used to determine the capacitance of the capacitor, which may be used to generate and transmit a report on capacitor performance and status.

摘要: An envelope tracking (ET) circuit is provided. The ET circuit includes an amplifier array(s) configured to amplify a radio frequency (RF) signal(s) based on a first input voltage and a second input voltage. The ET circuit includes a pair of tracker circuits each configured to generate a modulated voltage. Control circuitry couples a selected tracker circuit among the tracker circuits to provide a selected modulated voltage (e.g., ET modulated voltage) to the amplifier array(s) as the first input voltage. Depending on usage scenarios, the control circuitry also provides an ET modulated voltage, an average power tracking (APT) modulated voltage, or a constant voltage to the amplifier array(s) as the second input voltage. As such, the ET circuit can support the RF signal(s) modulated in a wide range of modulation bandwidth without compromising efficiency and/or increasing heat dissipation of the amplifier array(s).

摘要: A high side current sensing amplifier architecture is simplified and improved over prior art current sensing amplifier circuits by using chopping only, without requiring auto-zeroing, and by using a simpler (and faster) switched capacitor filter instead of an auto-zeroing integrator filter. Also, VIP (positive DC sense node) is merged with the VDDHV (power supply) node, such that the integrated circuit package requires only a single node (package pin) to accommodate both the VIP and VDDHV connections for the current sensing amplifier circuit, resulting in being able to use a smaller integrated circuit package. A small resistor is coupled between VIP and VDDHV to reduce the offset considerably. A low latency time high voltage level shifter is provided which is essential for precise chopping operation.
