    Abstract: A communication apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a communicator configured to receive a radio resource control (RRC) message including a plurality of measurement gap configurations from a network; and a controller configured to perform measurement on a positioning reference signal during each measurement gap configured based on the plurality of measurement gap configurations. The RRC message includes identification information associated with each of the plurality of measurement gap configurations. The identification information indicates that an associated measurement gap configuration is for measurement of the positioning reference signal.
