Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to filter restriction indicator (100) for a filtration system. In an embodiment, a filter restriction indicator (100) can have an electronics control cartridge (800) including an internal spacer frame (304), a first circuit board (346), a second circuit board (302) disposed over the first circuit board (346), and a pressure sensor (336) in electrical communication with the first circuit board (346). A filter fluid tube (318) defines a filter fluid channel (348) in fluid communication with the pressure sensor (336). The internal spacer frame (304) can secure the first circuit board (346) at a fixed distance from the second circuit board (302). A lower housing (108) defines an ambient pressure port (310). A cap (102) defines an interior volume (332) into which the electronics control cartridge fits (800). The cap (102) can define a shielding panel (112) configured to fit over an exterior portion of the ambient pressure port (336) when the cap (102) is engaged with the lower housing (108). Abstract: A filter cartridge includes a media pack having first and second opposite flow faces; the media pack comprising flutes extending in a direction between the inlet flow face and the outlet flow face; a frame mounted on the second flow face of the media pack; a seal support section extending from the base member; and first and second opposite and spaced blades extending from the base member and in a different direction from the base member as the seal support section. The first and second blades are embedded within the media pack through the second flow face. A seal member is oriented against the seal support section. The filter cartridge can be removably oriented in a cassette. The cassette and filter cartridge are removably oriented in an air cleaner housing. The cassette may include lugs to help position the cartridge in sealing engagement with the air cleaner housing. In another embodiment, the filter cartridge is cassette-free and includes a cartridge-handle projecting therefrom.

Abstract: Air cleaner assemblies, components, and features are described. The features can be used to provide that the air cleaner assembly includes a housing and cover within which primary and secondary filter cartridges, having a media pack and a seal arrangement surrounding the media pack, can be installed. The filter cartridges can include an open end cap with an axially deviating seal arrangement and a plurality of axially extending channels for engaging with ribs on the housing. The filter cartridges can also include extension members extending from the open end cap that include the axially extending channels, entirely or partially. The filter cartridges can also include a guide member extending from the extension members for providing a low friction surface against the housing during installation that allows axial force exerted by the installer to be translated into a rotational force that rotates the filter cartridge during installation.

Abstract: A filter cartridge for an air cleaner assembly is disclosed. The filter cartridge can include a media pack configured for installation into an air cleaner housing, the media pack extending along a longitudinal axis between opposite inlet and outlet flow ends, the media pack defining an outer perimeter. The filter cartridge can also include a circumferential shell surrounding at least a portion of the media pack outer perimeter. A radial flange extending from the circumferential shell proximate the media pack inlet end can also be provided. The flange can define a plurality of openings that are configured to receive protrusions on a housing body of the air cleaner assembly. The interaction between the protrusions and openings operates to ensure a secure seal between the housing body and the seal member.
