Abstract:
The invention provides seed and plants of the pea line designated 08520702. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of pea line 08520702, and to methods for producing a pea plant produced by crossing a plant of pea line 08520702 with itself or with another pea plant, such as a plant of another line. The invention further relates to seeds and plants produced by such crossing. The invention further relates to parts of a plant of pea line 08520702, including the seed, pod, and gametes of such plants.
Abstract:

The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of pea line 08560865, and to methods for producing a pea plant produced by crossing a plant of pea line 08560865 with itself or with another pea plant, such as a plant of another line. The invention further relates to seeds and plants produced by such crossing. The invention further relates to parts of a plant of pea line 08560865, including the seed, pod, and gametes of such plants.
Abstract:
A cutting device in accordance with the present invention is deal for use in cutting pizza and other “flat-bread” like cuisine. For example, in accordance with various embodiments, a cutting device is provided which exhibits improved functionality and ease of use through the use of handle which directs the cutting force from a user in the most efficient manner to carryout the task of cutting, for example, pizza. Moreover, the handle may provide improved protection of the user from accidental injury during use as well as be suitably configured to retract in a manner which facilitates removal of the cutting blade.
Abstract:
A particle vibration damper includes a container which locates a plurality of steel particles. A copper winding is provided around the container to induce a magnetic field therein to increase the inter-particle pressure. By adjusting the voltage across the winding the amplitude of peak damping ability can be varied to match the vibration amplitude being damped.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Pisum sativum variety that contains a recessive gene called the bsg gene and produces peas that exhibit an elevated level of sucrose and a decreased level of alcohol insoluble solids when compared to peas produced from a Pisum sativum variety that does not contain the bsg gene within its genome.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a test system useful in carrying out diagnostic assays. One component of the test system is an unblocked solid phase test carrier with a three dimensional configuration, impregnated with a first binding partner for analyte of interest. The second component of a binding agent containing a second binding partner coupled to an immediately visually determinable label, and a blocking agent. Rapid and accurate assays may be carried out by using the described system.
Abstract:
An improved method for telecommunication analysis and monitoring employing a logic analyzer device. The logic analyzer device provides a plurality of concurrent graphic depictions of different electronic signals under differing electronic protocols for signal error determination on a communications channel. Error source determination is enabled through the provided concurrent depiction of digital and analog signal characteristics in the differing protocols, including digital data packets, signal voltages and timing. Through this concurrent depiction the user can visually discern potential causation for electronic communication errors caused by non-continuous signal anomalies affecting one or more of the protocols.
Abstract:
A reformer exercise apparatus is disclosed that has a generally rectangular frame. The rail portions of the frame each have an upright outer wall, an integral downwardly slanted inner wall and a hidden outwardly open slot therein between the outer and inner walls. A foot bar support assembly movably carried by each of the outwardly open slots supports the foot bar. Each foot bar support assembly has an elongated slide plate movably supported within the slot, a hook plate fastened to the slide plate, and a foot bar support arm rotatably and slidably fastened to the hook plate. A pair of tubular risers each having an upper roller therein at the head end of the frame direct arm cord ends to a cord retraction assembly mounted on the carriage. The retraction assembly releases the cords by pivoting either one of the shoulder stops toward the foot end of the frame.
