摘要: A coupling arrangement has a fuel injector cup with a central longitudinal axis coupled to a fuel rail at a first axial end area and to a ring element at a second axial end area by a circlip. The cup has at least two slots arranged at the second end area and at least two grooves arranged at least partly circumferentially the cup and axially overlapping with the slots. The ring element is arranged at the central longitudinal axis facing the second end area and coupled to a housing. The ring element has at least two protrusions facing the cup having at least two grooves arranged at least partly circumferentially the ring element in a common plane with the grooves. The circlip is arranged at least partly circumferentially the cup at least partly in the grooves and arranged at least partly circumferentially the ring element at least partly in the grooves.

摘要: Coupling device for hydraulically and mechanically coupling a fuel injector to a combustion engine fuel rail, having a fuel injector cup with a central longitudinal axis hydraulically coupled to the rail and engaging a fuel inlet portion of the injector, a first ring element fixedly coupled to the cup, and a second ring element fixedly coupled to the injector. One of the ring elements has a collar arranged radially outside the other elements and extending from the one element in direction of the longitudinal axis. The collar has a recess facing the central longitudinal axis. A circlip is arranged in the recess and arranged and designed to form a positive fitting coupling between the first and second ring elements. The circlip prevents a movement of the first ring element relative to the second element retaining the fuel injector in the fuel injector cup in direction of the central longitudinal axis.

摘要: A coupling device for mechanically coupling a fuel rail to a cylinder head of a combustion engine comprises a fuel injector cup designed to be hydraulically and mechanically coupled to the fuel rail and comprising a through hole extending between a first surface and a second surface of the fuel injector cup, the second surface arranged to face the cylinder head, and a fastening element designed to be fixedly coupled to the cylinder head, the fastening element comprising a head portion facing the first surface of the fuel injector cup and a shank portion partially arranged in the through hole and designed to be in engagement with the cylinder head. The coupling device comprises a first spring element arranged axially between the head portion and the first surface of the fuel injector cup, and a second spring element facing the second surface of the fuel injector cup and arrangeable axially between the second surface of the fuel injector cup and the cylinder head.

The damper element limits a movement of the valve relative to the cup in a second direction of the longitudinal axis opposing the first direction.

A second pair of prongs branches off a second side face of the carrier. The second pair of prongs is designed to retain a fluid injector and to couple mechanically to a first protrusion of the injector. A pair of pins branches off a respective prong from the second pair of prongs at a respective inner side face of the respective prong. The pins are arranged opposed to each other and in a given distance from each other and they are designed to be in a mechanical engagement with the fluid injector. A clamping device being designed to couple mechanically with the fluid injector cup and to exert a repelling force on the fluid injector cup.
