Abstract: Provided are a method for creating a cell mathematical model capable of evaluating characteristics of cells from experimental data, a program, and a creation apparatus. Also provided are a method for determining the created cell mathematical model, a program, and a determination apparatus. The method for creating a mathematical model receives culture data of the cells, extracts feature values of cell activity from the culture data, creates a cell mathematical model from the feature values, and outputs the cell mathematical model. The method for determining the created cell mathematical model determines that estimated culture data calculated using the cell mathematical model reflects the culture data.

Abstract: Provided are a method for predicting a cell culture result, a culture result prediction program, and a culture result prediction apparatus that predict a culture result of an entire culture process. Further, in a case where a solution candidate (graph G_1) that belongs to a solution space is input (step S18), an evaluation value S_1 corresponding to the graph G_1 is acquired, the acquired evaluation value S_1 is compared with the first maximum evaluation value Z, and it is determined whether the evaluation value S_1 of the input graph G_1 is within a confidence interval of the first maximum evaluation value Z (whether the graph G_1 is a first optimal value or not).

Abstract: An optimal solution search method for searching for an optimal solution in a combinatorial optimization problem using a computer, includes: acquiring a first solution candidate; and enumerating and indexing solution candidate groups of which the degree of divergence from the first solution candidate is equal to or smaller than a predetermined range; equally extracting second solution candidates from the enumerated and indexed solution candidate groups assigning evaluation values to the second solution candidates; and determining whether the search for the optimal solution is terminated on the basis of the evaluation value. In a case where the search for the optimal solution is not terminated, the current first solution candidate is updated as the best second solution candidate selected from the second solution candidates, and the processes are repeated until the search for the first optimal solution is terminated.
