    摘要: A 3D printer is disclosed herein. The 3D printer comprises an energy source comprising solid-state emitters to selectively emit energy to a build material layer in a narrow-band of wavelengths; an agent delivery device to selectively deposit a fusing agent, a detailing agent and a reflective agent on the build material layer in respective independent patterns; and a controller. The reflective agent is to reflect substantially all of the energy at the wavelengths within the narrow-band of wavelengths. The controller is to control the agent delivery device to selectively deposit the fusing agent to a build material layer in a first pattern corresponding to a 3D object to be generated. The controller is further to control the agent delivery device to selectively deposit the detailing agent and the reflective gent to the build material layer in a second pattern and third pattern respectively. The controller is also to control the energy source to apply energy to the first pattern and second pattern in the narrow-band of wavelengths.

    摘要: A method and system for a three dimensional printing system are described herein. In one example, the three dimensional printing system has a moveable carriage, an array of laser modules and a print controller. In this example, the moveable carriage has a print head arranged to selectively deposit a printing agent on to a layer of build material as the moveable carriage is moved relative to the layer of build material. The printing agent controls localized fusing of the build material on application of energy. The print controller is communicatively coupled to the array of laser modules and controls activation of individual laser modules of the array of laser modules so as to apply, selectively, energy to addressable sub-regions of the layer of build material on which printing agent has been deposited to control fusing together with the deposited printing agent.

    摘要: A system comprising a support member to support a three-dimensional printed job. The three-dimensional printed job has at least one printed part and associated excess build material. The system further includes a force generating arrangement to impart a force on a three-dimensional printed job supported by the support member; and a build material outlet to allow removal of excess build material from a three-dimensional printed job supported by the support member. The system further includes a sensor to sense a change in the support member, a three-dimensional printed job supported by the support member or a combination thereof wherein the change is due to removal of excess build material from the three-dimensional printed job; and a controller to modify the force imparted on a three-dimensional printed job supported by the support member, wherein the controller modifies the force in dependence upon the change sensed by the sensor.
