摘要: A printing control method, storage medium, and a 3D printing device, applicable in a multi-supply automatic switching extrusion apparatus, includes: if a supply replacement signal is acquired, identifying a target feeding channel corresponding to the supply replacement signal; controlling a supply corresponding to a current feeding channel to return to a set position, and while the supply corresponding to the current feeding channel is returning to the set position, cutting off an end portion of the supply corresponding to the current feeding channel; and controlling an end portion of a supply corresponding to the target feeding channel to move to a printhead of a 3D printer, thus allowing the 3D printer to continue to execute a printing action. The present invention implements the automatic switching of multiple supplies without requiring manual operation and ensures that blocking and jamming of a supply are avoided when the supply is used again.

In some embodiments, a system includes a printer assembly configured to perform an additive manufacturing process with a curable material, at least one sensor, and a material removal device. The system can be configured to form an object portion from the curable material using the printer assembly. The system can be configured to generate sensor data of the object portion using the at least one sensor, and determine whether an error is present in the object portion based on the sensor data. In response to a determination that the error is present in the object portion, the system can be configured to remove a region of the object portion containing the error using the material removal device.

摘要: A process for 3D printing articles made of carbon or graphite includes producing a flowable polymeric mixture from a UV permeable and polymerizable polymer or cellulose and a UV crosslinkable resin, admixing the polymeric mixture with sugar and/or cellulose until the mixture has a consistency such that it can be filled into a 3D printer and processed thereby, homogenizing the mixture at room temperature or elevated temperature, filling a 3D printer with the mixture, layerwise printing a shaped article with simultaneous exposure to UV radiation for layerwise crosslinking of the UV crosslinkable resin, cleaning the shaped article, introducing the UV precured shaped article into a furnace and stabilizing the UV precured shaped article in air at a predetermined stabilizing temperature until all volatile constituents have outgassed from the prefabricated shaped article and subsequently high temperature treating the shaped article for carbonization or graphitization in a furnace under protective gas.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a foam component includes printing a preform with a three-dimensional printer. The preform is formed from a pre-saturated mixture of a base material that is at least partially saturated with a foaming agent. The preform is foamed by heating the preform to be at or above a glass transition temperature of the base material, thereby causing the foaming agent to nucleate and expand to form the foam component. Foaming occurs at atmospheric pressure. The preform includes a preliminary lattice structure that corresponds with a final lattice structure of the foam component.

In the method, the molded part is introduced into a pressure-tight container (20), negative pressure, preferably a vacuum to a large extent, is generated in the container after introducing the molded part, a solvent is heated up to a specified solvent temperature, and the heated solvent is introduced from a solvent container (40) into the container under negative pressure. In such a method, the temperature of the molded part is lower than the solvent temperature, and the solvent is evaporated or is introduced as a vapor upon being introduced, the solvent vapor condensing on the surface of the molded part. Also provided is a device for carrying out the method.
