Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle thermal management system which comprises multiple means of thermal management for electronic components (electronic units) for an autonomous vehicle and allows for efficient interworking between the multiple means. The vehicle thermal management system, which is a system for cooling electronic components required for the autonomous driving of a vehicle, is configured to cool electronic components by applying at least two systems among a first system for cooling the electronic components through the cooling structure thereof, a second system for cooling the electronic components by using a refrigerant cycle for air-conditioning a vehicle interior, and a third system for cooling the electronic components by using a separate refrigerant or a coolant cycle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle air-conditioning system and, more particularly, to a vehicle air-conditioning system in which an air-conditioning module consisting of an air-conditioning case and a blowing apparatus is disposed at a side of an engine room with respect to a dash panel, and a distribution duct for distributing cold and hot air discharged from the air-conditioning case into the inside of a vehicle is disposed on the indoor side of the vehicle with respect to the dash panel. The vehicle air-conditioning system may prevent a reverse flow of outdoor air into a cold air discharge port and a hot air discharge port due to the wind pressure when driving by forming a shielding means at the sides of the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port, which discharge the cold and hot air of the air-conditioning case to the outside, thereby improving the cooling and heating performance by smoothly discharging heat through the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a heat pump system for a vehicle which includes an evaporator mounted on a cold air passageway inside an air-conditioning case, a condenser mounted on a warm air passageway, a first blower mounted at an inlet side of the cold air passageway of the air-conditioning case, a second blower mounted at an inlet side of the warm air passageway and an intake duct mounted between the first blower and the second blower to supply indoor air and outdoor air to the first blower and the second blower respectively, thereby maximizing space efficiency because using just one intake duct for the two blowers, and reducing the size and manufacturing costs of the heat pump system.

Abstract: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant circulating line including a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second expansion valve, and a third heat exchanger and having a refrigerant circulating therethrough to cool the indoor; a heating line for circulating cooling water, which exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the first heat exchanger, to heat the indoor and exchange heat with a battery; and a cooling line for circulating cooling water, which exchanges heat with air or the refrigerant, to cool an electric component.
