    Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermal management system and, more specifically, to a refrigerant system comprising: a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an expansion valve, a second heat exchanger, and an accumulator which are connected in sequence to form a closed loop; and a connection block which connects a heat exchange medium outlet of the expansion valve to a heat exchange medium inlet of the second heat exchanger, and connects a heat exchange medium outlet of the second heat exchanger to a heat exchange medium inlet of the accumulator. Accordingly, the distances between components constituting the refrigerant system for vehicle interior cooling and electric/electronic component cooling are reduced, and thus the refrigerant pressure loss in blocks or pipes connecting the components can be reduced, the system performance can be improved, and the assemblability of the components constituting the refrigerant system can be improved.

    Abstract: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant circulating line including a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second expansion valve, and a third heat exchanger and having a refrigerant circulating therethrough to cool the indoor; a heating line for circulating cooling water, which exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the first heat exchanger, to heat the indoor and exchange heat with a battery; and a cooling line for circulating cooling water, which exchanges heat with air or the refrigerant, to cool an electric component. The thermal management system requires reduced power consumption to increase the time for which a battery can be used; has a reduced number of components and a simple structure, which can reduce the maintenance cost and manufacturing cost; can elevate the temperature of a battery and has improved efficiency during operation as a heat pump due to the action of temperature elevation of the battery.

The heat management system enables efficient heat management of electric components and a battery in a vehicle as well as cooling and heating of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A heat exchange system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulation loop for circulating a refrigerant includes a compressor, a condenser, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, a first chiller and a second chiller. The first expansion valve and the second expansion valve are controlled so that the refrigerant passing through the first chiller during a cooling mode has a higher pressure, temperature, and rate of discharge than refrigerant passing through the second chiller.
