Abstract: A first base station determines that a first terminal in a first cell is handed over to a second cell, where the first terminal belongs to a group of terminals, and the first cell belongs to the first base station. The first base station sends first information to the first terminal, where the first information indicates a first sidelink resource used by the group of terminals to perform communication, and the first sidelink resource is valid in both the first cell and the second cell. The foregoing technical solution resolves a problem that is of communications resource configuration of a group of terminals and that exists when the group of terminals perform handover.

Abstract: A speech control system includes a first client running on a mobile terminal, a server end running on a server, and a second client running on a controlled terminal. The first client obtains identity information of a user, and sends the identity information of the user to the server end. The server end verifies the identity information of the user. The first client further collects speech data of the user, generates a speech control request based on the speech data, and sends the speech control request to the server end. Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are described. The method includes a receive end receiving a first parameter, where the first parameter includes a parameter of a probability distribution of a hidden variable. The hidden variable is obtained by encoding first data by using an encoder of a variational auto-encoder. The receive end reconstructs the first data based on the M pieces of sampled data. According to the described data transmission method and apparatus, the first parameter is transmitted, so that the receive end can support a plurality of times of sampling, thereby reducing an amount of data transmitted over an air interface, and reducing data transmission overhead.
