Abstract: The present invention provides an FBMC transmit diversity transmission method and apparatus. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method and apparatus. The method includes: selecting at least two groups of data from a to-be-processed data stream according to a preset first interval in a staggered manner; performing Fourier transform on each of the at least two groups of data to obtain at least two groups of first data; performing frequency domain filtering on the at least two groups of first data by using a prototype filter, to obtain at least two groups of second data; performing inverse Fourier transform on each of the at least two groups of second data to obtain at least two groups of third data; and adding the at least two groups of third data according to a preset second interval in a staggered manner. In the process, data obtained after transform reserves a feature of a single carrier, and has a low peak-to-average ratio.

The method, executed by a local node, includes obtaining a base address of a memory page that needs to be dumped; querying, according to the base address, a routing table to obtain routing information of the memory page; sending the routing information and dumping signaling to a cloud controller, so that the cloud controller forwards the routing information and the dumping signaling to a remote node in which the memory page is located; further, the remote node dumps, according to the dumping signaling and the routing information, from memory of the remote node into a hard disk of the remote node or the backward, data in the memory page.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a congestion control implementation method and apparatus, where the method includes: determining one or more user equipments for which single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) offloading needs to be performed; sending an SRVCC offload message to an E-UTRAN NodeB serving the one or more user equipments, so that when triggering an SRVCC handover procedure, the E-UTRAN NodeB switches the one or more user equipments from a Long Term Evolution (LTE) domain to a circuit switched (CS) domain. When the SRVCC handover procedure is completed, the one or more user equipments can be switched from VoLTE user equipments to VoCS user equipments. In this way, LTE cell load can be alleviated and QoS of the one or more user equipments can be guaranteed.

Abstract: One example method includes transmitting a test signal through the transmit channel n, where the test signal is radiated by a service antenna element n corresponding to the transmit channel n and is received by a calibration antenna element in the phased array antenna. Delay weighting can then be performed on the N coupling signals based on relative positions of the service antenna element n and each of the N calibration antenna elements to obtain N calibration signals. The N calibration signals can then be combined into the calibration signal corresponding to the transmit channel n. Calibration signals corresponding to all transmit channels in the phased array antenna can then be obtained. At least one of amplitudes or phases of the transmit channels can then be compensated for.

Abstract: An FBMC signal transmitting method and receiving method, a transmitter, and a receiver are provided. The transmitting method includes: generating offset quadrature amplitude modulation OQAM symbols included on at least two subbands; mapping an OQAM symbol on each subband onto a respective subcarrier to obtain a frequency-domain signal, where a first frequency interval exists between adjacent subcarriers in a same subband, a second frequency interval exists between adjacent subcarriers that belong to two adjacent subbands, the second frequency interval is a sum of the first frequency interval and a guard band interval, and the guard band interval is a fractional multiple of the first frequency interval; generating an FBMC signal out of the frequency-domain signal; and transmitting the FBMC signal to a receiver.
