    Abstract: An integrated drive generator includes an input shaft and an input drive gear connected to the input shaft. The integrated drive generator also includes an input driven gear meshed with the input drive gear. The integrated drive generator also includes a hydraulic speed trimming device. The hydraulic speed trimming device includes an input shaft connected to the input driven gear, an output shaft, an accessory drive gear connected to the output shaft, and an output ring gear connected to the output shaft. The input driven gear, the accessory drive gear, and the output ring gear are coaxial and disposed proximate a first end of the hydraulic speed trimming device. The integrated drive generator also includes a pump assembly with a pump drive shaft and a pump gear connected to the pump drive shaft and meshed with the accessory drive gear.

    Abstract: An input shaft includes an annular main shaft extending along a longitudinal axis with an internal bore configured for fluid flow through the annular main shaft. A generator spline is included on an exterior surface of a first end of the main shaft. A gearbox spline is included on an exterior surface of a second end of the main shaft opposite the first end. At least one orifice is defined through the main shaft from the internal bore to the exterior surface of the second end of the main shaft for flow of fluid from the internal bore to the exterior surface for cooling and lubrication.

    Abstract: A housing for a gas turbine engine accessory includes an enclosure having a drive end with an opening and a closure. The closure is seated in the opening, defines therethrough a shaft aperture and has a v-band flange extending about a periphery of the closure to limit load carried by the enclosure when the engine accessory is mounted to an accessory gearbox mount in a cantilevered arrangement. Engine accessories for gas turbine engines and mounting arrangements for gas turbine engine accessories are also described.

    Abstract: A diode pack comprises a plurality of diodes seated in an assembly within a housing. The diode pack also includes a plurality of radial studs extending from an axial end of the housing relative to an axis of rotation extending through the housing. Each of the radial studs is electrically connected to a respective diode within the assembly. The diode pack further includes a center stud captured within the housing between the assembly and the housing and along the axis of rotation. A method of making a diode pack includes forming a housing of an electrically insulate material, removing a portion of the housing along an axis of rotation of the housing, mounting a center stud in the housing where the portion was removed, and assembling an assembly of diodes into the housing.
