摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a system for transmitting data of a data type to be transmitted cyclically and of a data type which can be transmitted acyclically via a common transmission channel from a first participant unit connected to the transmission channel to at least one further participant unit connected to the transmission channel. The invention proposes to develop a method based on a protocol-specific cyclic transmission sequence of transmission messages for transmitting data of a data type to be transmitted cyclically via a transmission channel. When a particular type of impending transmission message is detected for which redundant data of the data type to be transmitted cyclically are provided without new information content, instead of these data, data of a data type which can be transmitted acyclically are inserted into the data area provided for data of this data type to be transmitted cyclically.

摘要: A method and also a control and data-transmission system is presented, with which the installation location of at least one safety bus component connected to the control and data-transmission system (10) can be checked. For this purpose, in two separate communications cycles, a respective position identifier, which had been allocated to the safety bus components (60) in a prior configuration process, is transmitted to each safety bus component via a non-safety communications control device (30). The safety bus components compare the position identifiers received in the two communications cycles to the contents of a memory, in which a reference position identifier has already been stored or which is still empty. Based on a comparison of the transmitted position identifier to the reference position identifier and the configuration dataset stored in a safety control device (50), it can be tested whether each safety bus component is connected to the predetermined installation location within the control and data-transmission system (10).

摘要: A cast light metal piston of box-type construction for a two-stroke engine, comprising a piston blank having a gudgeon pin boss molded on a bottom section of the piston blank and a piston shaft having an open end and being connected to the gudgeon pin boss via approximately straight wall sections. There is only one lug disposed on only one side of the piston shaft. The wall section connecting the piston shaft with the gudgeon pin boss near the lug has a window-like recess. The wall section connecting the piston shaft with the gudgeon pin boss remote from the lug is closed and is raised upwardly with respect to the length of the shaft beginning from the open end of the shaft.

摘要: Method and apparatus for sinking pipes (8) or cables into a pilot borehole (4) by use of a drill string (3) including an expansion drill bit driven to rotate and pull is disclosed. The expansion drill bit is supplied with a wash fluid and is coupled with the pipe or cable (10) to be sunk into the borehole. The pulling force between the expansion drill bit (5) and the pipe or cable is continuously measured and the measurement values are transmitted to a drive for the drill string in real time. The advance speed and/or the advance force and/or the rotational speed and/or the torque and/or the wash fluid quantity and/or the wash fluid viscosity are adjusted as a function of the measurement values to be within predetermined values determined by the load capacity of the pipe (8) or cable.

摘要: A slotted slide plate assembly for setting bones in a fracture area and exerting a pressure in a predetermined direction to obtain a bone compression includes a first plate element adapted for a face-to-face engagement with a bone surface; a second plate element adapted for a face-to-face engagement with the topside of the first plate element; a securing device which prevents a relative displacement between the first and second plate elements when they are in a face-to-face engagement with one another; and first and second slide slots provided in the first and second plate elements, respectively, and being oriented parallel to the predetermined direction. The two slide slots are overlapping when the two plate elements engage one another. Each slide slot has sloping slide ramps arranged such that the slide ramp in the first plate element is a continuation of the slide ramp in the second plate element. Thus, a tightening screw inserted through the two slide slots from the topside of the upper, second plate element slides, while being screwed into the bone, with a screw head on the slide ramp provided in the second plate element and subsequently slides on the slide ramp provided in the first plate element.

摘要: The invention relates to a control system for controlling safety-critical processes in an automated system by using a communications network with a communications master for controlling the communications on the network and a plurality of network subscribers. At least a few of the network subscribers are constructed as decentralized, secure network subscribers, and each has a separate, decentralized safety controller for controlling a safety-relevant application. Each of the decentralized, secure network subscribers has a unique safety address. The decentralized, secure network subscribers themselves execute the safety functions and/or safety logic operations relevant to them. The decentralized, secure network subscribers communicate with each other in a fail-safe way in which each executes automatic, fail-safe point-to-point communications with another of the decentralized, secure network subscribers, in order to be able to provide safety functions covering the decentralized, secure network subscribers.
