摘要: A header-replaceable hybrid waveguide sensor comprises a header coupling section including a dielectric layer having an optical signal input section and an optical signal output section formed in one end thereof, the dielectric layer having two lines of protrusions formed on the upper surface thereof; and a polymer layer formed on and under the dielectric layer; and a sensor header including a dielectric layer having a protrusion formed on the upper surface thereof and a predetermined size of thin metal film provided therein; a polymer layer formed on and under the dielectric layer and having an opening formed in a portion corresponding to the thin metal film, the opening having a larger width than the thin metal film; and a receptor layer formed on the upper surface of the dielectric layer exposed by the opening.

摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting diode module capable of facilitating the connection between light emitting diode modules.The present invention provides a light emitting diode module including an insulating layer, a first circuit pattern layer and a second circuit pattern layer which are stacked on a top surface and a bottom surface of the insulating layer respectively and have one ends protruding to an outside of the insulating layer and the other ends positioned inside the insulating layer, a solder resist layer coated on the first circuit pattern layer, a first via formed vertically through a portion of the solder resist layer to be electrically connected to the first circuit pattern layer, a second via formed vertically through a portion of the solder resist layer and the insulating layer to be electrically connected to the second circuit pattern layer and a light emitting element mounted on the solder resist layer.

摘要: An organic electro-luminescent display device includes barriers in a non-display area to protect a display area from water and oxygen. Barriers may include a permeation prevention barrier, a voltage contact portion, and a blocking layer. A permeation prevention barrier includes contact portions where a barrier layer having a lower permeability than a passivation layer penetrates through the passivation layer. A voltage contact portion penetrates the passivation layer so that a signal supply line contacts a conductive material. A blocking layer covers a wall, a planarization layer, and an inorganic insulation layer, and has a lower permeability than the planarization layer, the wall, and the inorganic insulation layer. The permeation prevention barrier, the voltage contact portion, and the blocking layer may be used in various combinations.
