    Abstract: A multi-component inorganic anchoring system, for chemical fastening of anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars in mineral substrates, includes a curable powdery aluminous cement component A and an initiator component B in an aqueous phase for initiating a curing process. Component A further includes calcium carbonate and component B includes an accelerator constituent and water. The calcium carbonate in component A has an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 150 μm. Methods can be utilized for using calcium carbonate having an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 150 μm in a multi-component inorganic anchoring system to increase load values. Methods can also be utilized for chemical fastening of anchors, such as metal anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars, in mineral substrates, such as structures made of brickwork, concrete, pervious concrete, or natural stone.

    Abstract: A two-component inorganic injection mortar system includes a curable aqueous-phase aluminous cement component A and an initiator component B in aqueous-phase for initiating the curing process. Component A includes at least one blocking agent which is phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid or phosphonic acid, at least one plasticizer and water. Component B includes an initiator, at least one retarder, at least one mineral filler and water. The curable aqueous-phase aluminous cement component A includes calcium aluminate cement having an average particle size in the range of from 0.5 to 15 μm. A two-component system, which is ready-for-use, can be used for chemical fastening of anchors, such as metal elements, or in mineral substrates, such as structures made of brickwork, concrete, pervious concrete or natural stone.

    Abstract: A reaction resin composition that can be used for the chemical fastening of anchoring means in boreholes and for construction gluing is described. The composition includes (A) a resin component, which contains at least one radically hardenable compound and at least one epoxy resin, which contains, on average, more than one epoxy group per molecule, and a (B) hardener component, which contains a hardening agent for at least one radical compound and at least one amine. The radically hardenable compound and hardening agent in each case being reaction-inhibiting spatially separated from one another. In an embodiment the composition contains no Cu—, Mn—, and iron compound, and no bridging compound. The ratio of double bond value to epoxy value nDB:nEP in the resin component is between 0.01 and 0.55 or between 5 and 50.

    Abstract: A composition that forms an insulating layer is described, which contains a thiol-ene-based binder. With the composition according to the invention, the expansion rate of which is relatively high, coatings having the layer thickness necessary for the respective fire resistance time can be applied simply and quickly, the layer thickness being reduced to a minimum and a highly insulating effect still being achieved. The composition according to the invention is particularly suitable for fire protection, in particular as a coating of metallic and/or non-metallic substrates, for example steel components such as pillars, beams or truss members, to increase the fire resistance time.
