    摘要: A wide-angle variable focal length lens system comprising a first lens unit which is to be kept stationary for varying a focal length of the variable focal lens system and composed of a single positive lens component, a second lens unit which comprises at least one positive lens component and has a negative refractive power as a whole, a stop, and a third lens unit having a positive refractive power; and configured so as to perform variation of a focal length of the lens system and adjustment of an image location by moving the second lens unit and the third lens unit along an optical axis in directions which are opposite to each other. This variable focal length lens system has a field angle of 64.degree. to 74.degree. at a wide position thereof, a variable focal length ratio of 3 to 3.3 and an F number on the order of 2, and comprises a small number of lens components.

    摘要: A telephone connection control method for performing connection control by using a telephone connection control server having a telephone connection control function having a software telephone exchange function, connecting to plural kinds of telephone networks and being capable of switching plural kinds of telephone communication lines, the method comprising steps of: assigning a user number to a telephone user using the telephone connection control server and handling the user number as a virtual telephone number; assigning a telephone terminal number different from a real telephone number to a telephone terminal connecting to the telephone connection control server; receiving from the telephone user the registration of a current position number associating the telephone terminal number of the telephone terminal that the user is going to use and a virtual telephone number corresponding to the user number and registering it with a database rewritably by the telephone connection control server; and, using, on the basis of the information registered with the database, the virtual telephone number to perform transmission and reception by a caller using the telephone connection control server and a recipient.

    摘要: A camera having an autofocus function, independent of a photographing optical system, includes a photographing optical system including synthetic resin lenses and an autofocus optical system, provided independent of the photographing optical system, having at least one synthetic resin lens and a stop decentered in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the synthetic resin lens. Thus, in the camera, the shift of the imaging position of the photographing optical system which is caused by an ambient temperature or humidity change is favorably corrected, and good photography can be performed.

    摘要: A vari-focal lens system comprising, in order from the object side, a first lens unit having a positive refractive power, a second lens unit having a negative refractive power, a third lens unit having a positive refractive power and a fourth lens unit having a positive refractive power; and configured so as to be set at a focal length at a telephoto position thereof from that at a wide-angle position thereof by moving the first lens unit monotonically toward the object side, displacing the second lens unit monotonically toward the image side, setting the third lens unit at a location on the object side of its original setting at the wide-angle position and moving the fourth lens unit from a location thereof to focus the vari-focal lens system on an object effectively located at infinite distance so as to widen an airspace reserved between the third lens unit and the fourth lens unit as compared to the airspace at the wide-angle position. The vari-focal lens system can be focused by moving the fourth lens unit.
