    摘要: In a method for joining a plurality of heat exchanger flat tubes with headers of a heat exchanger: each of the opposite end portions of the flat tubes has a cross section provided with a major axis and a minor axis; opposite major axis side walls of the cross section of each of opposite end portions of each of the flat tubes are obliquely cut off so as to form each of opposite minor axis side walls of the cross section of the end portion of the flat tube into a trapezoidal shape; the end portion of the flat tube is passed through an elliptical hole formed in the header; the end portion of the flat tubes thus passed through the header is flared over its entire peripheral wall; the thus flared end portion of the flat tube is then bent so as to be formed into a bent portion of the flat tube, which bent portion constitutes an essential part of a joint formed between the flat tube and the header; and the thus formed joint is dipped into a molten filler metal bath to form brazed or soldered portions around the joint.

    摘要: A multiple electromagnetic valve includes a main valve portion in which four or more valve holes are formed parallel to each other inside a valve body, and a spool for switching flow paths is placed in each valve hole, and a pilot operating portion having solenoid-operated pilot valves that drive the spools with pilot fluid. The valve holes are disposed inside the valve body in two upper and lower tiers. A plurality of valve holes belongs in each of the upper tier and lower tier. The valve holes in the upper tier and the valve holes in the lower tier occupy different positions in the width direction of the valve body. The valve holes in the upper tier and the valve holes in the lower tier partially overlap each other in the plan view of the valve body.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a low-noise and low-vibration brushless motor and an electric applicance and a vehicle which have the brushless motor and increase in quietness, by optimizing a ratio of the number of poles on a rotor to the number of slots on a stator, the ratio being suitable for a driving circuit. The present invention is a brushless motor constituted by ten-pole rotor (1), a stator (3) having (12) slots (2) and making three-phase connection to the slots (2), and a driving circuit (5) for applying three-phase full-wave current to the stator (3). Further, the conduction width of the driving circuit is set at an electrical angle of 135 to 180°.
