    Abstract: A wireless communication method, a network device, user equipment, and a system are provided. The method includes: generating, by a network device, control information, where the control information includes first indication information used to indicate a time domain resource for first transmission between user equipment and the network device, and duration of occupying a resource by one transmission of the first transmission is less than 1 millisecond; and sending, by the network device, the control information to the user equipment. The user equipment may obtain, according to the control information, the time domain resource for communicating with the network device by using the first transmission, and communicate with the network device on the obtained time domain resource. Therefore, a transmission time delay can be shortened, and user experience and radio network performance can be greatly improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, including: receiving, by a first user equipment (UE), a first message sent by a second UE, where the first message includes indication information that the second UE is capable of acting as a relay UE; and performing, by the first UE, data transmission with a base station via the second UE, where the second UE acts as a relay UE. In embodiments of the present disclosure, when first UE is unable to directly perform data transmission with a base station, the first UE uses second UE as a relay UE according to indication information sent by the second UE that the second UE is capable of acting as a relay UE, and then is unable to perform data transmission via the relay UE. Therefore, a success rate of data transmission can be ensured, and further transmission efficiency can be increased.

    Abstract: An information transmission method, is provided, including, a terminal determines attribute information of uplink information based on a beam identifier, and sends the uplink information to a network side device based on the attribute information. After receiving the uplink information, the network side device determines the beam identifier based on the uplink information. In this process, the terminal implicitly indicates beam IDs of different selected beams by using attribute information of reported uplink information. Different beams correspond to different attribute information of the uplink information. In other words, each beam corresponds to specific attribute information of the uplink information. Implicitly indicating a beam ID to the network side device reduces LTE standardization complexity and reduces signaling overheads.
