Abstract: This application provides a physical layer convergence procedure protocol data unit communication method and a related apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a receiving apparatus, a physical layer convergence procedure protocol data unit PPDU sent by a sending apparatus, where the PPDU includes synchronization adjustment indication information and a data field, and the synchronization adjustment indication information and the data field are sent in a bandwidth less than 20 MHz; and performing, by the receiving apparatus, time synchronization and automatic gain control AGC on the data field based on the synchronization adjustment indication information. According to this solution, the receiving apparatus can perform, by using the synchronization adjustment indication information, time synchronization and automatic gain control AGC on the PPDU transmitted in a narrow bandwidth.

Abstract: Example methods for indicating downlink service data and devices are described. One example method includes controlling, by a first station (STA) associated with a radio access point (AP), a wake-up receiver of the first STA to wake up within a preset first listen interval. The first STA receives a wake-up beacon frame sent by the AP, and controls main radio (MR) of the first STA not to wake up within a second listen interval to receive a beacon frame sent by the AP. According to the method provided in this application, the MR of the first STA does not need to wake up within the second listen interval to receive the beacon frame broadcast by the AP.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a station association method and apparatus. The station association method includes: receiving a message sent by at least one access point AP, where the message carries a wake-up radio load information element, and the wake-up radio load information element includes load information of a wake-up radio channel managed by the AP; and selecting, based on the load information, a target AP from the at least one AP, so as to perform association. In the embodiments of the present application, a STA can be notified of load information of a wake-up radio channel managed by an AP, so that the STA selects an appropriate AP to perform association.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a state switching method and apparatus. The state switching method includes: receiving, by a first network node, a preset frame sent by a second network node, where the preset frame includes indication information used to indicate an on/off state of a main transceiver and/or a wake up receiver of the first network node immediately, after a specified time point, or within a specified time period; and controlling, by the first network node based on the indication information, to switch an on/off state of the main transceiver and/or the wake up receiver of the first network node. According to the embodiments of the present invention, energy is saved by using a preset frame to indicate an on/off state of a main transceiver and/or a wake up receiver of a network node after a specified time point or within a specified time period.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for joint transmission are provided. In one aspect, a joint transmission method includes: sending, by a first AP, a first PPDU to a first STA and a second STA, and sending, by a second AP, a second PPDU to the first STA. A sending time of sending the first PPDU is same as a sending time of sending the second PPDU. The first PPDU includes a first preamble field and a first data field, and the second PPDU includes a second preamble field and a second data field. The first preamble field is same as the second preamble field. The first data field carries first data information sent to the first STA and second data information sent to the second STA, and the second data field carries the first data information.
