A resource mapping method and an apparatus are provided relating to the communications field, the solutions capable of flexibly implementing resource mapping of a channel or a signal. In one example implementation, first information is obtained that is used to indicate a cyclic shift start resource block location or a cyclic shift end resource block location for resource mapping of a first channel or a first signal in a resource block cyclic shift manner in a bandwidth used by user equipment. A resource mapping location of the first channel or the first signal in the bandwidth used by the user equipment is determined according to the resource block cyclic shift manner and the first information. The first channel or the first signal is received or sent at the resource mapping location. The resource mapping method and the apparatus are used to map a resource.

The method in the embodiment of the present invention includes: determining a shared frequency band, and a cell of the shared frequency band is a secondary serving cell of UE1 that performs communication by using the first network and a secondary serving cell of UE2 that performs communication by using the second network, and both the UE1 and the UE2 can work on the shared frequency band and at least one other frequency band than the shared frequency band; and transmitting only a common signal of the second network on the shared frequency band when service transmission of the first network is performed on the shared frequency band.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference measurement method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: determining, by a user equipment, a first resource for interference measurement in a first subframe or determining a second resource not for interference measurement in the first subframe according to at least one of the zero-power CSI-RS configuration information, the non-zero power CSI-RS configuration information, and the CSI-IM configuration information; and performing interference measurement on the first resource, or performing no interference measurement on the second resource. The embodiments of the present invention can improve precision of interference measurement.

The present invention discloses a sequence generation method and a base station. The method includes: determining, by a terminal, at least one first sequence according to at least one candidate sequence, where a length of the candidate sequence is less than a sequence length corresponding to a maximum available system bandwidth; and connecting, by the terminal, the at least one first sequence to generate a second sequence or directly using the at least one first sequence as a second sequence, and receiving a signal according to the second sequence, where the second sequence is at least one of a reference signal sequence or a scrambling code sequence.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information transmission method, user equipment (UE), and a base station. The method includes: determining, by the UE, at least one candidate sequence of a synchronization signal of an access cell and multiple candidate access resources of the access cell; detecting, by the UE, the synchronization signal according to the at least one candidate sequence; and determining, by the UE, a resource location of an actual access resource corresponding to a detected actual sequence in the access cell according to a location relationship between each candidate access resource in the multiple candidate access resources and the resource on which the access cell is located and a correspondence between the any candidate sequence in the at least one candidate sequence and the multiple candidate access resources.

The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment UE, a measurement indication from a base station, where the measurement indication includes: information used for indicating, to the UE, at least one channel-state information-reference signal CSI-RS resource used for measuring a received signal strength indicator RSSI; acquiring, by the UE, at least one RSSI according to the measurement indication; acquiring, by the UE, at least one reference signal received quality RSRQ according to the at least one RSSI, where the at least one RSRQ is one-to-one corresponding to the at least one RSSI; and feeding back, by the UE, the at least one RSRQ to the base station.

The interference measurement indication method includes: transmitting, by a base station, at least one piece of first-type channel state information reference signal CSI-RS configuration signaling to a user equipment UE, where the at least one piece of first-type CSI-RS configuration signaling indicates a first resource set used for CSI-RS transmission; and transmitting, by the base station, at least one piece of second-type CSI-RS configuration signaling to the UE, where a second resource set used for CSI-RS transmission, which is indicated by the at least one piece of second-type CSI-RS configuration signaling, is a subset of the first resource set. Technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention help improve the flexibility of interference measurement of the UE.

According to the solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, system information of a cell may be dynamically or semi-statically adjusted according to user equipment distribution and service distribution, so that network resources can be better provided for a user equipment that needs them, a capability of serving the user equipment is improved.

The method includes: obtaining a channel quality indicator configuration, where the channel quality indicator configuration includes a first combination, and the first combination includes a valid signal processing manner and an interfering signal processing manner; performing valid signal processing and interfering signal processing according to the valid signal processing manner and the interfering signal processing manner in the first combination to obtain a valid signal and an interfering signal; performing channel quality indicator calculation according to the valid signal and the interfering signal to obtain a channel quality indicator; and feeding the channel quality indicator back to a base station.
