Abstract: An image processing method and apparatus, where the method includes determining a maximum value in nonlinear primary color values of all components of each pixel of a first to-be-processed image, determining dynamic parameters of a first transfer function, converting the maximum value of each pixel into a transfer value based on the first transfer function for which the dynamic parameters are determined, calculating a ratio between the transfer value and the maximum value of each pixel, and adjusting a dynamic range for the nonlinear primary color values of all the components of each pixel based on the ratio to obtain nonlinear primary color values of all components of each corresponding pixel of a first target image.

Abstract: An enclosure of a mobile terminal and a sputter coating apparatus for making the same are provided. The enclosure includes a substrate and a composite film layer coated onto the substrate. The composite film layer has a thickness changing along a first direction. A difference in thickness between any two regions arranged along the first direction of the composite film layer is less than or equal to 350 nanometers. The enclosure has a spatially varying color corresponding to a wavelength between 400 nanometers and 760 nanometers.

Abstract: When a UE that has joined a first multicast/broadcast service and is in a radio resource control inactive state determines that an access network device changes to a first access network device, or when a terminal device determines that a cell changes to a cell of the first access network device, the terminal device may send at least one of a first message, a second message, a third message, a ninth message, or a tenth message to the first access network device. Correspondingly, the first access network device may learn, based on at least one of the first message, the second message, the third message, the ninth message, or the tenth message, that the terminal device moves to a coverage area of the first access network device to receive the first multicast/broadcast service.
