Abstract: A traffic control method and apparatus is presented, where the method includes determining, by a back-end network element according to a type of a received service message, a priority of the service message and a resource that needs to be consumed for processing the service message; obtaining, according to the priority of the service message and usage of the resource, a quantity or an adjustment quantity of service messages of a different type to be received in a current period; and sending the quantity or the adjustment quantity of the service messages of the different type to be received in the current period to a front-end network element.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a related apparatus, and a system for recovering a called service of a terminal. The method includes: when a called request of a user terminal is received, querying an initial proxy-call session control function (P-CSCF) entity with which the user terminal currently registers; if it is detected that the initial P-CSCF is faulty, selecting an available P-CSCF and sending, to the available P-CSCF, a notification message that carries a redundancy identifier, where the redundancy identifier is used to instruct the available P-CSCF to trigger the user terminal to re-register with the P-CSCF; and when a registration complete message sent by the P-CSCF with which the user terminal re-registers is received, delivering the called request to the re-registered P-CSCF to bear a called service of the user terminal.

Abstract: A communication method comprises that if a policy control device does not support setup of an Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) default bearer during setup of an IMS default bearer for a terminal, the control plane gateway sends second indication information to a user plane gateway, where the second indication information indicates the control plane gateway bypasses the policy control device. When the user plane gateway receives an IMS session request from the terminal and determines that the control plane gateway bypasses the policy control device, the user plane gateway sends first indication information to the control plane gateway, and the first indication information indicates the control plane gateway to send, to the policy control device, a first request to request to establish a mapping relationship between the terminal and the control plane gateway such that an IMS session can be set up between terminals.
