Abstract: A third terminal receives control information from a first terminal, where the control information indicates a first resource and a second resource, the first resource carries first data corresponding to the control information, and the second resource is a sending resource reserved by the first terminal; the third terminal determines that the second resource meets a reselection condition; and the third terminal sends indication information to the first terminal, where the indication information indicates to reselect the second resource. When determining that a resource conflict exists in the second resource, the third terminal can indicate the first terminal in time to reselect the second resource, to prevent the first terminal from continuing to use the second resource to send data.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a data transmission method. A relay node receives information that is about an SCMA codebook used by the relay node and that is sent by a destination node. The relay node receives two or more source signals sent by two or more source nodes. The relay node performs network coding on the received two or more source signals. The relay node performs SCMA codebook mapping on a signal obtained after the network coding, so as to obtain at least two modulation symbols. The relay node sends to the destination node, the at least two modulation symbols obtained after the SCMA mapping.

Abstract: This application provides a method for determining a transport block size and a communication apparatus, which may be used in systems such as vehicle-to-everything, V2X, and V2V. A receive-end terminal device and a transmit-end terminal device may determine a quantity of encoded symbols based on a symbol length used for sidelink communication in a time unit and a scaling factor, and may further determine a transport block size of a data channel based on the quantity of encoded symbols. Therefore, for all slots used for sidelink communication, a same quantity of encoded symbols can be determined, and a same transport block size can be further determined. In this way, initial transmission or retransmission of a transport block can be performed in each slot used for sidelink communication, to avoid a limitation on selection of a transmission resource and a resulting transmission delay.
