    Abstract: A display device including a substrate, a gate driving circuit, at least one ambient light sensing element and at least one ambient light sensing signal line is provided by the present disclosure. The substrate includes a peripheral region, and the gate driving circuit, the ambient light sensing element and the ambient light sensing signal line are disposed in the peripheral region. The ambient light sensing signal line is electrically connected to the ambient light sensing element, wherein the ambient light sensing signal line at least partially overlaps the gate driving circuit in a top view direction of the substrate.

    Abstract: A backlight module is provided. The backlight module is used for a display panel having a camera region. The backlight module may be operated in display mode or camera mode. The backlight module includes multiple light emitting units. When the backlight module is operating in the display mode, the light emitting units are all turned on. When the backlight module is operating in the camera mode, a portion of the light emitting units corresponding to the camera region of the display panel is turned off, and another portion of the light emitting units is turned on.

    Abstract: A method for enabling an electronic device to receive a fingerprint data and an electronic device are disclosed. The electronic device includes a display unit and a sensing unit, and the display unit includes a green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel and a red sub-pixel. The method includes the following steps: the green sub-pixel of the display unit being in an on state, the blue sub-pixel and the red sub-pixel of the display unit being in off state; producing a visible light by the display unit; using the sensing unit to sense a reflected portion of the visible light; and receiving the fingerprint data from the sensing unit.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification module includes a color filter substrate and a protective cover. The color filter substrate includes a first shading member. The protective cover is disposed on the color filter substrate and includes a second shading member. The second shading member faces the color filter substrate. There is a gap between the first shading member and the second shading member in a thickness direction of the fingerprint identification module, and the gap is within a range of 0.2 mm to 0.7 mm, in the cross-sectional view of the fingerprint identification module, the second shading member includes a first part and a second part spatially separated from the first part, the first part and the second part are located on opposite sides of the fingerprint identification module, and one of the first part and the second part does not overlap the first shading member in the thickness direction.

    Abstract: A display device and a mobile device are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a backlight module, and a switchable diffuser. The backlight module has a first region and a second region. The backlight module includes a reflector and optical layers. The reflector includes a non-reflecting portion in the first region and a reflecting portion in the second region. The optical layers are disposed on the reflector. The switchable diffuser is disposed between the display panel and the backlight module. At least one of the optical layers includes different structures in the first region and the second region.

    Abstract: A display device including a display panel is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a first transistor, a sensing element, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first transistor is disposed on the first substrate. The sensing element is disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the first transistor. The sensing element includes a first-type semiconductor layer, an insulation layer and a second-type semiconductor layer. The insulation layer is disposed on the first-type semiconductor layer. The second-type semiconductor layer is disposed on the insulation layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the first substrate and the sensing element, and the first conductive layer contacts with and electrically connected to the first-type semiconductor layer.     Abstract: A touch device including a substrate and a sensing electrode thereon is provided. An insulation layer is disposed on the sensing electrode, wherein the insulation layer includes a first contact via exposing a part of a terminal of the sensing electrode. A trace is disposed on the insulation layer and electrically connected to the terminal of the sensing electrode through the first contact via. A corner in the first contact via includes a first edge, a second edge, and a third edge, wherein the second edge is disposed between the first edge and the third edge. The first edge and the second edge include a first angle therebetween of greater than 90 degrees, and the second edge and the third edge include a second angle therebetween of greater than 90 degrees.
