    摘要: The present invention relates to a novel class of Silicon derivatives. The Silicon compounds can be used to treat cancer. The Silicon compounds can also inhibit histone deacetylase and are suitable for use in selectively inducing terminal differentiation, and arresting cell growth and/or apoptosis of neoplastic cells, thereby inhibiting proliferation of such cells. Thus, the compounds of the present invention are useful in treating a patient having a tumor characterized by proliferation of neoplastic cells. The compounds of the invention may also be useful in the prevention and treatment of TRX-mediated diseases, such as autoimmune, allergic and inflammatory diseases, and in the prevention and/or treatment of diseases of the central nervous system (CNS), such as neurodegenerative diseases. The present invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the Silicon derivatives and safe dosing regimens of these pharmaceutical compositions, which are easy to follow, and which result in a therapeutically effective amount of the Silicon derivatives in vivo.

    摘要: The concrete form is a structure having a user-selectable shape allowing for the creation of an opening in a concrete surface, such as a concrete patio, with the opening having the user-selectable shape. The form includes a plurality of wall members, which are joined together to form a closed continuous wall having the user-selectable shape. The wall members are each secured to the ground, and the user pours liquid concrete on the ground exterior to the closed continuous wall. The closed continuous wall defines the opening and prevents flow of the liquid concrete within the opening. Following hardening of the concrete, the form may be removed, leaving an opening in the concrete surface, having the user-selectable shape, in which the user may plant flora and the like.

    摘要: A rack is provided in combination with a tray for handling food products inside of an oven. The tray has a bottom panel and walls extending upwardly from a perimeter of the bottom panel. The rack comprises a generally planar plate and a plurality of aperture clusters extending therethrough. The aperture clusters are sized and shaped to correspond to the food products to be held on the rack. Generally, one aperture cluster corresponds to one food product and is sized to define a surface area that is smaller than that of the food product whereby, when the food product is placed on the top surface of the plate adjacent the aperture cluster, the food product covers the aperture cluster. The rack may also have legs extending away from the bottom surface of the plate.
