Disclosed embodiments may include methods for forming a foam product comprising forming a skin and inserting a bracket at least partially into the skin. Another embodiment method for manufacturing a foam product may comprise sealing a tube of material in a cavity of a mold, blowing air into the tube of material to form a skin comprising an interior surrounded by a wall, cutting an incision in the skin wall, inserting a bracket through the incision and into the skin interior, filling the skin interior with foam, and curing the foam. Disclosed embodiments may further include foam product comprising a skin with an interior surrounded by a wall, a bracket within the skin interior, a foam substantially filling the skin interior and securing the bracket in place, a recessed region configured to mate with a mounting assembly on a chair, and an incision in the skin wall, the incision positioned outside of the recessed region.

Systems and methods for connecting a mobile device to an alternate wireless network are disclosed. The method includes determining alternate wireless networks available to access by the mobile device, ordering the available alternate wireless networks by signal strength, connecting the mobile device to the alternate wireless network with a highest signal strength, measuring a quality of the connected alternate wireless network and, when the quality of the connected alternate wireless network is above a predetermined threshold, operating the mobile device over the connected alternate wireless network.

A spoon includes a bowl and a handle extending from the bowl. The handle includes first and second bars. The first bar has a proximal end connected to the bowl and forming a resilient projection having an barbed free end and a distal end forming a hinge with a distal end of the second bar whereby the second bar is rotatable with respect to the first bar between a closed position and an open position to realize a clip for clamping for example a food storage bag. The second bar has a proximal end forming an extended flange releasably engageable with the barbed end of the projection of the first bar to releasably secure the second bar to the first bar in the closed position.

A customer-settled voice navigation apparatus is disclosed which comprises a control unit, a satellite positioning signal receiving unit, a map data supply unit, a carte display unit, a navigating condition setting unit, an audio input unit, a navigating condition and information storage unit, a navigating condition comparing unit an audio output unit, and a voice output requiring unit. According to the invention, the user could settle any desired navigating information itself with respect to any location, area, timing, speed, height, and direction by means of an audio-recording manner at any place. Also, the invention could output audio navigating information previously recorded when the navigating condition designated by the user is matched.
Abstract:
Improved methods for forming integrated circuit devices with alignment structures such as a read-only memory (ROM) array in preparation for code programming with a mask is disclosed. In one embodiment, a gate oxide layer is deposited over a substrate and a gate stack layer is formed over the gate oxide layer. The gate stack layer includes a conductive layer and a sacrificial gate layer formed above the conductive layer with a thin layer of etch stop material in between. The gate stack layer is patterned and etched to form a plurality of wordlines having openings therebetween. An ion barrier layer is deposited over the patterned gate stacks, filling the openings. The ion barrier layer is then etched back to form alignment structures in the openings. A code programming mask, is deposited over the resulting structure and patterned to expose portions of the sacrificial gates. The exposed portions of the plurality of sacrificial gates are removed, followed by ion implantation in the designated channel regions.
