摘要： Disclosed herein is a touch panel, including: a base substrate divided into an active area, a bezel area surrounding the active area, and a connection area provided outside the bezel area; sensing electrodes formed in the active area; and electrode wirings connected to the sensing electrodes and extended to the connecting area. Here, a predetermined portion of the base substrate is cut and the connection area is folded by using the predetermined portion as a boundary line such that the connection area is protruded outwardly from the base substrate. According to the present invention, the connection area is provided in the base substrate in a single body, thereby allowing omission of separate flexible printed cables, and thus, an attaching process of the flexible printed cable can also be omitted.

摘要： The present invention relates to a terahertz wave generator and a method of generating high-power terahertz waves using the terahertz wave generator. The terahertz wave generator includes a hollow spherical body, and a focusing lens installed in a cutout portion of the spherical body or an opening formed in the cutout portion, wherein an inner surface of the spherical body is coated with metal. In the method, frequencies having different levels are incident through the focusing lens or the opening to generate a plurality of air plasmas, and the air plasmas cause continuous focusing the metal-coated inner surface and hollow space of the spherical body, thus generating high-power terahertz waves. According to the present invention, a plurality of air plasmas is continuously generated, thus solving the problem in which the light intensity of terahertz waves generated using one air plasma is low.

摘要： A personal-ordered multimedia data search service method and apparatuses thereof are provided. The apparatus includes: a server which extracts feature information and meta data of entire screen or partial region of each scene-image of multimedia to generate image index information, and then obtains and provides search result images and meta data having feature information similar to feature information of image query information by searching the image index information, when image query information is received; and a set-top box which plays multimedia, wherein when a user issues a request for searching an arbitrary for the playing multimedia, the set-top box extracts feature information of the entire or partial region of the image to generate the image query information and transmits the image query information requesting for searching the image by using the extracted feature information to the server, and after that, when the search result images and meta data are provided from the server, browses the search result images and meta data on a display apparatus. Accordingly, it is possible to maximize user's satisfaction in searching for multimedia data.
