摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a reporting strategy for uplink scheduling request information in wireless telecommunication network. Above all, a method for the user equipment to report the uplink scheduling request information to the base station in wireless telecommunication network is disclosed. Firstly, the user equipment computes the overall service data amount of all radio bearers in each group of radio bearers in the buffer of the user equipment; then the user equipment only reports group-related information of triggered one or more groups of radio bearers to the base station. The present invention further proposes a method in the user equipment in wireless telecommunication network for reporting the emergency information to the base station, that is, the user equipment judges whether each radio bearer is in the emergency, and when one or more radio bearers are in the emergency, the user equipment sends emergency indication information to the base station. By the combination of the two reporting method, the base station can realize efficient and fair scheduling.

摘要: A system is described comprising a service provider and an identity provider. A user requests access to the service provider and the service provider seeks user credentials from the identity provider. In use, the service provider issues an authentication request, which request specifies details of a plurality of acceptable authentication formats. The identity provider responds to the request either by providing authentication details for said user in one of the formats specified in the request, or by returning an error message indicating that it cannot support any of the specified authentication formats.

摘要: The present invention provides a MIMO transmitter and a MIMO receiver, used in SC-FDMA system, which make interchanging for multiple paths of modulated symbol sequences in order to acquire diversity gain while ensure PAPR of single antenna. MIMO transmitter interchanges partial symbols of at least one error-correction codeword of at least one of the multipath modulated symbol sequences and partial symbols of at least one error-correction codeword of at least one of the other of the multipath modulated symbol sequences so as to obtain interchanged multipath modulated symbol sequences; MIMO receiver executes inverse-interchanging which is inverse to the interchanging in a MIMO transmitter for multipath interchanged signals received from multiple transmitting antennas. The present invention could reduce the BLER of the entire SC-FDMA system, and obtain diversity gain while ensure PAPR of single antenna.

摘要: Binary data signal multi-line interval encoding and decoding arrangements supporting high speed data communications consistent with certain embodiments produce a signal having a plurality of pulses with a minimum pulse duration of T. The pulses are arranged in a signal pattern selected as one of M possible signal patterns of L bits transmitted over N time intervals, with each time interval being of T seconds in duration, to represent one of M possible message sequence, where M>2N. The plurality of pulses have transitions that occur at times falling between the boundaries of the time interval T. Embodiments may be implemented in hardware, with a computer executing a software program within, or with both. This abstract is not to be considered limiting, since other embodiments may deviate from the features described in this abstract.
