    摘要: The invention has an object to provide a cold storage capable of simplifying a construction for pushing up a cooling unit and easily positioning a mounting position of the cooling unit. The cold storage includes a cooling unit integrated with a cooling box accommodating a cooler and a blower, and a compressor, a condenser and the like provided on a mounting base; a cold air discharge and a suction port formed in the bottom wall of a thermal insulating housing; fixing members having a stopper for positioning the cooling unit in a machine room such that a cold air discharge and a suction port correspond to lower sides of the first mentioned discharge and suction ports, respectively; and pushing-up members and operating arms for them, the pushing-up members causing the cooling unit to be pushed up toward the bottom wall of the thermal insulating housing by abutting against the lower surface of the mounting base on front and rear sides with respect to inserting direction of the cooling unit into the machine room.

    摘要: An image pickup apparatus includes a shutter for intercepting light incident to the image sensor. A controller determines a first exposure value based on the incident light and a second exposure value that effects lower exposure than the first exposure value. The optical image is photoelectrically converted over an exposure time that consists of a first and a second period of time corresponding to the first and second exposure values, respectively. At the end of the exposure time, the shutter intercepts the incident light to thereby end the second period of time following the first period of time. After the image sensor has output the first signal corresponding to signal charges generated by the photosensitive cells during the first period of time, the image sensor outputs a second signal corresponding to signal charges generated by the photosensitive cells during the second period of time. An exposure amount ratio is calculated between the first and second signals. The level of the second signal is corrected in accordance with the exposure amount ratio. A combining circuit combines image signals, which respectively correspond to the first signal and the second signal corrected by the correcting circuit, for thereby outputting an image signal representative of a single frame picked up during the exposure time.

    摘要: A CCD signal read-out circuit is operative, upon receipt of a CCD signal outputted from a CCD, to output an output signal from which a reset noise has been removed through correlated double sampling. The CCD signal includes pixel periods each comprising a reset period, a succeeding feed-through period and a further succeeding pixel signal period. The read-out circuit comprises: first and second signal extractors for receiving the CCD signal and extracting a feed-through signal and a pixel signal for the respective pixel periods, respectively; first and second low-pass filters for low-pass filtering the feed-through signal and the pixel signal extracted by the first and second signal extractors, respectively; a signal hold circuit for sampling and holding the feed-through signal filtered by the first low-pass filter; and a differential amplifier for subtracting the pixel signal filtered by the second low-pass filter from a signal sampled and held by a signal hold circuit and outputting the resultant output signal.

    摘要: This open show-case has inner and outer air ducts, a first evaporator and a first blower in said inner duct (an inner evaporator and an inner blower, respectively), and a second evaporator and a second blower in said outer duct, said blowers circulating the air to form at least two layers of air curtains running between respective upper ports at the upper end of the front opening of said show-case and respective lower ports at the lower end of said opening. The show-case is operated by: providing high pressure refrigerant only through the inner evaporator via a decompression valve to thereby evaporate the refrigerant therein during refrigeration operation by the inner evaporator, without passing the refrigerant through the outer evaporator; and providing high pressure refrigerant to the inner evaporator and to the outer evaporator via a decompression valve during defrosting operation for the inner evaporator, with the outer blower driven at a higher speed than a normal speed and the inner blower driven in a reverse direction at a slower speed than a normal speed.

    摘要: A solid-state image sensing device compensates for reset noise by integrated correlated double sampling to determine a difference between reference signal obtained in a feed through period and a video signal obtained in a video signal time period. The device reduces the effect of high-frequency noise through integration. The problem of small CCD output affecting the linearity of integration is compensated by an integration coefficient control device that controls an integration coefficient of an integrating circuit. The integration coefficient control device performs this control in dependence on an applied control signal. Under low light conditions, a control signal applied to the integration coefficent control device changes the integration coefficent so that an integrated value of the integrating circuit is enlarged. The enlarged integrated value of the integrating circuit provides improved linearity an makes the appartus less susceptible to noise from other circuits.
