The non-aqueous electrolyte battery has a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material-layer stack containing a plurality of different positive electrode active materials and formed on a positive electrode current collector surface, a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material layer, and a separator interposed between the electrodes.
