摘要: A restraining jig includes: a first unit configured to apply a restraining load in the Z-axis direction to an electrode laminate via a pair of restraint members disposed at both ends in the Z-axis direction of the electrode laminate; and a second unit including a flow channel part communicating with a space by being connected to an opening, and a base part supporting the flow channel part. The second unit is disposed to be freely attached to or detached from the first unit. When the base part is fixed to at least one of the pair of restraint members by fixing parts configured to regulate movement in the X-axis direction of the second unit with respect to the first unit and fix the second unit, the flow channel part is liquid-tightly connected to the opening.

摘要: A secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolytic solution. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode active material. The electrolytic solution includes an electrolyte salt. The positive electrode active material includes a lithium-containing compound, lithium carbonate, and lithium hydroxide. A content of lithium carbonate in the positive electrode active material is greater than or equal to 0.2 wt % and less than or equal to 0.7 wt %. A content of lithium hydroxide in the positive electrode active material is greater than or equal to 0.2 wt % and less than or equal to 0.7 wt %. The electrolyte salt includes an imide anion, and the imide anion includes at least one of a first imide anion represented by Formula (1), a second imide anion represented by Formula (2), a third imide anion represented by Formula (3), or a fourth imide anion represented by Formula (4).

摘要: A process for producing an electrochemical cell, comprising: (A) continuously depositing a wet cathode active material mixture onto a surface of a cathode current collector to form a cathode electrode, wherein the wet cathode active material mixture contains 30% to 85% by volume of a cathode active material and 0% to 15% by volume of a conductive additive dispersed in a first liquid or polymer gel electrolyte; (B) continuously depositing a wet anode active material mixture onto a surface of an anode current collector to form an anode electrode, wherein the wet anode active material mixture contains an anode active material and a conductive additive dispersed in a second electrolytes; and (C) combining the cathode electrode or a portion thereof and the anode electrode or a portion thereof to form the cell; wherein the anode electrode and/or the cathode electrode has a thickness from 200 μm to 3,000 μm.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a lithium-ion secondary battery of the present invention includes at least four steps as follows: an initial charging step of charging the lithium-ion secondary battery, which has not been subjected to initial charging, under a temperature environment ranging of equal to or higher than −20° C. and equal to or lower than 15° C.; an aging step of leaving the lithium-ion secondary battery under a temperature environment ranging of equal to or higher than 30° C. and equal to or lower than 80° C. after the initial charging step; a short circuit detecting step of detecting the presence or absence of a short circuit of the lithium-ion secondary battery by measuring a voltage drop quantity of the lithium-ion secondary battery and comparing the voltage drop quantity with a reference value; and a sorting step of sorting out a lithium-ion secondary battery in which no short circuit is detected.
