    摘要: An image input device having an original exposing portion and an image sensor portion disposed and an image sensor portion disposed on a common insulating substrate. The original exposing portion is formed by one or more light-emitting elements. The image sensor portion is formed by one or more light-receiving elements individually corresponding to the light-emitting elements and receiving the lights of the light-emitting elements after the exposure of an original and putting out electrical signal levels in accordance with the quantities of received light. This invention further provides an image output and input device which includes in addition to said original exposing portion and said image sensor portion, a thermal head portion formed by one or more heat-generating resistance members which receives the electrical signals from the light-receiving element and generates heat.

    摘要: There is disclosed an image processing system, particularly, for use in a copying machine with a display. This apparatus comprises a liquid crystal display panel on an original presser plate; a panel copy mode to perform the image processing with respect to the screen display; an ordinary copy mode to perform the image processing with respect to an ordinary original; a high gradient processor to perform the image processing of high gradient; a low gradient processor to perform the image processing of low gradient; and a switching circuit to switch the high gradient processor and low gradient processor in accordance with the panel copy mode and ordinary copy mode. The image processings with different gradients can be executed depending upon the states and kinds of originals, so that an appropriate copy of the display panel or ordinary original can be always provided.

    摘要: According to the present invention, the quality of a small character can be prevented from lowering during copy of an image in an original. An image in an original is read by a scanner, and a recognition unit performs detection of a character size and a character position as well as character recognition. A CPU reads a font from a dictionary in accordance with the recognized character recognized by the recognition unit, and an image is generated based on the character size and the character position detected by the recognition unit and a copy magnification set by an MMI.
