Abstract:
An apparatus for the removal of liquids from deformable containers includes a first holding device for holding a first region of a container, and a second holding device for holding a second region of the container. The second region is arranged at a distance from the first region, with a removal device for removing liquid from the container and with a drive device which moves the second holding device in a pre-set direction of movement (L) with respect to the first holding device. The removal device is arranged on the second holding device in a removable manner and a support element is provided which supports at least one element of the removal device in the direction of movement (L) in a removal operation.
Abstract:
An apparatus for extracting fluids from containers, with a first holding device suitable for holding a first region of the container, with a second holding device suitable for holding a second region of the container, and with a movement device which generates a relative movement of one holding device relative to the other holding device, in order thus to evacuate the container arranged at least in portions between these holding devices by its compression. At least one holding device is formed multi-piece with at least two components moveable relative to each other.
Abstract:
An apparatus (1) for the removal of liquids from deformable containers (10), with a first holding device (2) for holding a first region (10a) of a container (10), with a second holding device (4) for holding a second region (10b) of the container (10), wherein this second region (10b) is arranged at a distance from the first region (10a), with a removal device (12) for removing liquid from the container and with a drive device (8) which moves the second holding device (4) in a pre-set direction of movement (L) with respect to the first holding device (2). According to the invention the removal device (12) is arranged on the second holding device (4) in a removable manner and a support element (12) [sic] is provided which supports at least one element (14) of the removal device in the direction of movement (L) in a removal operation.
Abstract:
A filling device for filling containers with a liquid has a first port for supplying a first liquid to the filling device, and a second port spaced from the first port for supplying a second liquid to the filling device. A mixing chamber within the filling device includes a first liquid channel which guides the first liquid from the first port to the mixing chamber, and a second liquid channel which guides the second liquid from the second port to the mixing chamber, wherein the first liquid channel and the second liquid channel guide the first liquid and the second liquid separately from one another. A valve body controls discharge of the liquids from the filling device through an outlet to the container. The valve body is disposed at least partially between the mixing chamber and the outlet.
Abstract:
A blowing mould array includes a blowing mould unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mould unit includes a blowing mould retainer having at least two mould retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mould unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mould unit against at least one mould retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mould unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mould retaining element and the blowing mould unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for filling a container with a liquid in which the container is filled via an opening of the container and an internal volume of the container increases during the filling process and the internal volume of the filled volume is at least twice the volume of the unfilled container. Also provided is a device for filling containers, and a container having an opening, a base region, and a main body integrally formed with the opening and the base region, the main body being bent by a specified bending angle around a specified circumferential folding edge of the main body in such a way that the opening of the container is arranged closer to the base region than the circumferential folding edge is, wherein the position of the folding edge relative to the base region of the container can be changed during an expansion of the container.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for molding plastic preforms into plastic containers using a blow mould assembly including a blow mould unit, wherein a part of the blow mould unit is retained on a blow mould holder element using negative pressure.
Abstract:
A apparatus for discharging liquids from deformable containers includes a first holding device for holding a first portion of the container, and a second holding device for holding a second portion of the container, wherein the second portion of the container is spaced from the first portion of the container and wherein the holding devices are arranged such that the container can be arranged at least in sections between the holding devices, and is deformable by a relative movement of one holding device with respect to the other holding device.
Abstract:
A method for filling a container with a filling product in, for example, a beverage bottling plant is described. The method includes providing a filling product under a positive pressure, evacuating the container to be filled to achieve a negative pressure, and feeding the filling product into the container.
