Abstract:
There is provided a beverage distribution system comprising: a plurality of reusable and portable beverage containers where each of the plurality of beverage containers carries a unique identification tag,
the system further comprising a plurality of identification tag readers, where at least some tag readers are located at different geographical locations, the tag reader being configured to read the identification tags, said tag readers being connected to a server, said server being configured to store a state of each of the plurality of beverage containers in a digitally stored dataset, where the state is that the beverage container is present at one of the tag readers, where the system is configured to apply machine learning to the data set to produce a decision rule for making a decision about taking an individual beverage container out of service.
Abstract:
There is provided a system comprising a plurality of reusable and portable beverage containers the system further comprising at least one beverage dispensing station adapted to support one of the beverage containers, and connect to the beverage container such that beverage can be dispensed from the container, said beverage dispensing station comprising an identity tag reader configured to read the identity tag of a beverage container, said beverage dispensing station further comprising a wireless network interface, where the beverage dispensing station has dispensing prevention means which prevents a user from dispensing beverage from the dispenser, the system further comprising a server in communication with the beverage dispensing station, said server having stored a dataset comprising the identities of each of the plurality of beverage containers, wherein a beverage container can be flagged, in the dataset, for activation of the be dispensing prevention means, and the system is configured to, when a beverage container is flagged for activation of the beverage dispensing prevention means, activate the dispensing prevention means of the dispensing station.
Abstract:
A beverage production system, comprising a cup dispensing station configured to dispense cups, a beverage dispensing station configured to dispense a beverage, and a turntable assembly. The turntable assembly comprising a central axis, an inner turntable including a first row of cup receptacles, and an outer turntable including a second row of cup receptacles. The outer turntable is disposed circumferentially about the inner turntable, and the outer turntable is configured to rotate about the central axis to align the cup receptacles of the second row with the cup dispensing station and the beverage dispensing station. The turntable assembly is configured to align an opening in a cup receptacle in the second row with an opening in a cup receptacle in the first row. A slide assembly includes an arm configured to slide a cup positioned in the cup receptacle in the second row into the aligned opening of the cup receptacle in the first row.
Abstract:
A Wi-Fi connected wine preservation and optimization system, device and method. The system offers preservation by the minimization and/or elimination of oxygen, temperature control, inventory tracking, monitoring and reordering through user terminals such as e.g., a Wi-Fi connected tablet (e.g., iPad), smart phones, computers, etc. The data aggregated will be available on a subscription basis available for purchase by the trade, retailers, producers and distributors to enable strong controls on production and inventory resulting in higher profits and lower waste.
Abstract:
A beverage supply apparatus for supplying multiple types of beverage. The beverage supply apparatus may include a number of nozzles for discharging multiple types of beverages, a touch panel for displaying options for the multiple types of beverages while also receiving a selection operation for one beverage from among the multiple types of beverages, a number of physical buttons that correspond to the number of nozzles and that receive an instruction for discharge of the beverage selected by the selection operation, and a control unit that specifies, from among the physical buttons, the physical button corresponding to the nozzle from which the beverage selected by the selection operation will be discharged, and controls the touch panel in such a way as to provide notification of the physical button specified.
Abstract:
Techniques are described for processing sensor data associated with product dispensers at an establishment. The system is configured to monitor the location of product dispensers at an establishment and the system detects an alarm event related to the monitoring system based on the monitoring.

Abstract:
A water dispensing device comprises water dispensing means for dispensing water into a serving container. The device furthermore comprises a control unit which is connected with the water dispensing means to control a water dispensing cycle in which a predetermined amount of water is dispensed in the serving container. The control unit is programmed such that the water dispensing cycle includes at least two stages which are separated by an intermediate time period in which no water is dispensed in the serving container.
Abstract:
Disclosed are systems and methods for configuring portion control for a dispenser apparatus. A plurality of beverage ingredients may be associated with the dispenser apparatus, and a plurality of selectable beverages may be formed from the plurality of beverage ingredients. Input for one or more preferences associated with portion control may be received. Stored information associated with at least one of the plurality of selectable beverages may be accessed. At least one portion control for at least one of the plurality of selectable beverages may be determined based at least in part on at least a portion of the received input and at least a portion of the accessed information.
Abstract:
A mixing device has a cavity within a body with an inlet for an ingredient. A water inlet is located in the cavity of the body such that the water inlet and the ingredient inlet impinge upon one another to mix the fluids within a chamber located within the cavity. The mixture then dispenses downstream through an outlet. The chamber is located upstream of the water inlet in order to facilitate the mixing process.
