    摘要: A filling machine for the hot filling of containers includes a line for feeding the containers to at least one supporting plate and a line for unloading the filled container from the supporting plate. Above the supporting plate there is a filling head associated with a respective valve assembly to convey the liquid from a containment tank into the container to be filled.
    The valve assembly is associated with an internally hollow feeder conduit which accommodates a suction conduit with at least one suction inlet configured to determine the liquid level inside the container.
    The filling head includes a sealing element having a first sealing body configured to engage hermetically against the upper edge of the container and is associated with a vent adapted to pass between a position for sealing the chamber for passing liquid from the supply feeder conduit toward the container and a position for venting.

    摘要: An apparatus for filling containers with fluid includes a volumetric filling valve. The volumetric filling valve includes a valve stem having a gas valve portion and a fluid valve portion. An interior passageway of the gas valve portion is positioned interior of the valve stem, wherein the interior passageway positioned to supply a quantity of gas to a filling nozzle. A gas valve actuator is mechanically connected to the valve stem, wherein the gas valve actuator controls an activation of the gas valve portion. A fluid valve actuator is mechanically connected to the valve stem, wherein the fluid valve actuator controls an activation of the fluid valve portion. The volumetric filling valve may be positioned within a filling head container with the gas valve portion positioned at least partially within a quantity of gas and the fluid valve portion positioned within a quantity of fluid.

    摘要: Vacuum bottle stoppers for wine, a method of preserving wine, a method of serving wine from a bottle stored in a vacuum, all particularly suited for partially consumed bottles of wine are disclosed. Systems and methods are also disclosed for evacuating a partially consumed bottle of wine, filling the wine bottle head space with an inert or other gas and then storing the wine bottle while maintaining the inert or other gas in the bottle. The stopper has a vacuum valve in a vacuum indicator in a removable cap. The vacuum valve has a self-closing passageway due to the passageway traversing an elastomeric material. The vacuum indicator moves in response to vacuum and reveals a marking on a valve opener when a desired vacuum is achieved. The stopper may have a filter, which also aerates. The method of preserving wine includes installing the stopper in the neck of the bottle and withdrawing air from the bottle through the stopper. The method of serving wine includes releasing vacuum from the bottle by unseating the removable cap, removing the cap and pouring wine through the stopper. Vacuum pumps for the stopper are also disclosed.

    摘要: A method and device for recovering puncture repair liquid without cutting out a tire valve. The method uses a device including a tube and either a pipe member or a drainage device. The tube reaches a tire inner surface when inserted into the tire from a tire valve mounted to a wheel, and the pipe member or drainage device connects between the tire valve and a pressurized air source. A valve core is detached from a tire valve of the wheel. The tube is inserted into the tire via the valve, the pipe member or drainage device is connected between the valve and air source, the tire is filled with air from the air source, and the puncture repair liquid in the tire is recovered through an end portion of the pipe member or drainage port due to air escaping from the tire.
