    摘要: A piston displacement device for a reciprocating compressor comprises a piston linearly reciprocated in a cylinder and having a stroke length varied by a reciprocating motor, a plurality of resonance springs for guiding a resonant motion of the piston, and a piston transfer unit for moving the piston forward or backward in a motion direction of the piston according to a capacitance variation of a compressor and thereby maintaining the same top dead center. The piston is moved according to a capacitance variation of the compressor thereby to minimize a dead volume thereof and to increase the efficiency of the compressor.

    摘要: Disclosed are a reciprocating compressor and a refrigerator having the same. The reciprocating compressor comprises a casing, one reciprocating motor mounted at a frame unit provided in the casing for generating a linear-reciprocation driving force, a first compression unit for compressing a refrigerant directly sucked without passing through the inside of the casing by receiving the driving force of the reciprocating motor, and a second compression unit for mixing a refrigerant introduced into the casing and a refrigerant discharged from the first compression unit and then compressing the mixed refrigerant once more by receiving the driving force of the reciprocating motor. Accordingly, a refrigerant is consecutively compressed two times, components are simplified, and the compressor is easily controlled. Also, the refrigerator having the reciprocating compressor decreases a load of the reciprocating compressor thereby to enhance the efficiency of the refrigerator.

    摘要: A stator (4A) supporting apparatus for a reciprocating compressor includes a cap member (10), in which one end of an inner resonance spring (7A) abuts to one end of the cap member (10) so that the vibration of the inner resonance spring (7A) is transferred to the stator, and the cap member (10) is isolated from the frame of the compressor so as to prevent the vibration of the inner resonance spring (7A) from transferring to the frame (1) directly. Therefore, the vibration of the compressor is reduced by fixing the inner stator (4A) strongly and transferring the vibration generated in the inner resonance spring (7A) to the frame through the inner stator (4A).

    摘要: A reciprocating compressor, wherein a flange unit connected to the mover constituting the reciprocating motor is installed on the piston constituting the compressing unit, the distance between the piston flange unit and the front frame of the frame unit is shorter than that of the between the piston flange unit and the reciprocating motor. In the process of being transmitted the linear reciprocal movement driving force of the reciprocating motor and compressing the gas in the compressing unit, the stability of the compressor is raised by preventing the components moving together with the mover of reciprocating motor from impacting with other components by the displacement generated by compression force applying the piston constituting the compressing unit. Also, the size of compressor can be scaled down by compactly constituting the components.
