Abstract: A method for producing differentiated cells from pluripotent stem cells by an embryoid body (EB) method, including the steps of: (1) culturing pluripotent stem cells by using a culture bag having a perfluoropolymer on its inner surface to thereby form an embryoid body; and (2) inducing differentiation of the pluripotent stem cells contained in the embryoid body obtained in step (1) to thereby obtain differentiated cells.
